A small problem occurred when a sprinkler started leaking in our room. The staff reacted instantly and moved us to another room with apologies and an upgrade for the balance of our stay.

Hungry traveler
Not too late to improve
The hotel is average, nothing real special. The location was very good for the traveling I did. They really should serve a full breakfast what is currently being called breakfast is a joke. I was almost ready to change hotels and move down the street to the Embassy Suites.

Overnight at Tukwila
Everything was excellent although overnight construction next to the hotel made things a bit noisy. This is a temporary problem so I can't say that it is a longterm complaint. The receptionist was from South of Atlanta and an absolute riot. If you need a bed for the night and a good laugh this Hampton Inn is for you.

Great airport stay
Very clean, nice linnens. Updated rooms and furnishings. Convenient w/free shuttle from the airport. Just took a few minutes but yet far enough away to not have air traffic noise. Free breakfast was a plus too.

My review of Hampton Inn Seattle - Southcenter
Hotel room was very comfortable and quiet, well insulated from highway and train tract noise. We would stay here again. The only negative was their breakfast. There was not alot of selection and the hot entrees were empty on both mornings that we were there.

Not located in a convenient area.
The location of the hotel was not convenient. They have airport pick-up, but did not come the first time they were called. It took a second call and a one hour wait. Their review claimed they were accessible to downtown Seattle and this was not the case. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking to go into the downtown area. They did call and set-up a car to pick us up to go to the train depot since they do not provide hotel transport to that location ($45 charge).

My review of Hampton Inn Seattle - Southcenter
We were very pleased with our stay at Hampton Inn Southcenter. The room was clean and comfortable, and the complimentary breakfast offered a wide variety of foods to chose from. The best part of our stay was the young woman who was working evenings that picked us up at the airport. We had a long flight, and had not had any supper, and she even stopped at a local fast food place close to the hotel and let us pick up a hamburger through the drive thru window. Her service and kindness was equal or superior to any we have ever experienced in hotels we have visited before, and we are from the south, so we know hospitality. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Airport convenience
The Hampton Inn was easy to access off of highway 405 and then only 10 minutes from the airport so I slept well without the noise of the airport. Quick access back to 405 and back to car rental return. The room was spacious, the bed very comfortable and the bathroom new and clean (so rarely found these days). I would definitely stay here again.
