Moderate Couple getaway
the hotel was going through a renovation so the bathroom sink fell apart with the first night. It was too close to a freeway therefore the noise level was bad.

Business Trip
The hotel is obviously for people that are staying very long term. Uncomfortable with residents loitering day and night. Unbeknownst to me, longterm residents have, what they believe, designated parking places. So thinking this was a hotel where guests could park where a spot was available, one of the residents took offense at where I parked and keyed my rental car, all along the trunk and down the passenger side of the car.

Noisy morning, noon and night!
After checking in I was unpleasantly surprised by a heat view of the highway just past the hotel property, but the traffic noise was the least of our worries. The next morning at 7am on a Saturday a crew of painters began scraping and sanding and running a nice noisy scissor lift just outside our room. This carried on all day and when we returned at dinner time they kept working til 7 that night. The same schedule was carried out the next day. While I understand that renovations are necessary, it seemed ridiculous to work on a rooms walls and windows at 7am on a weekend.

Falling apart and kinda gross
Outside of the building needed stucco repair. It was crumbling off and needs a new paint job. The toilet and shower were clean. White paint in the room, especially the bathroom door showed years of grubby fingerprints. Lost count of how many hairs from several different people I pulled out of my washcloth. Have a new bite on my leg I'm paranoid was a bed bug. Won't be going there again. It was cheap. I'll give it that. Clearly get what you pay for.

" Welcoming and friendly"
When I got there the staff was so nice and friendly. I was there for business and personal reasons and the location was great, the hotel was close to everything but not in the middle of it all. I cannot stop complimenting the staff- they were super friendly and accomadating. My last trip in July ,I stayed ay the Red Lion by Seatac airport and was charged parking even though I was staying there, and I thought because of the name and star rating I would be happy. The Extended Stay was are far better deal and had more to offer than just a name, did I mention the " outstanding STAFF " :)..I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone traveling and need a mini home away from home!!!

This place just plain sucks.
I called ahead to ask for the proper exit number and was told the wrong one. There was no remote for the tv (which was mentioned as something I would be charged for if it wasn't in the room when I left), no towels or soap at all in the room, I was given the normal room instead of the "signiture suite" room that I booked online (and paid more per night for). When notified of these issues, I was told I'd have to come to the front desk to get my towels and that the last time they checked, each room did indeed have a remote control. The issues of my room being downgraded and not refunded was completely ignored. There was a gap under the door to the room, so there was always light coming in, and you could constantly hear the freeway like you were sleeping on the side of the road itself. When I checked out, the girl was sitting at a desk at the back of the room where the counter was, and she didn't even get up. She asked me what room I was in, and then told me to "just toss the key on the counter on my way out". It was horrible.

it was just ok
The room we stayed in was just ok. I was not too impressed. The chair in the room was broken. You couldnt even sit in it without it tipping over. The rooms where nice to have a small kitchen area. but we didnt use it. We where gone most of our stay. The front desk staff was bland and couldnt seem to multi task, but after finding our names in the computer (20 minutes later) they did end up letting us check in early, which was nice. The room was cheap, but in this case I would say we got much LESS than we paid for. It was just ok. but we are going back again next month and wont be staying there.
