Take ear plugs
The staff was VERY friendly. Hotel lobby and pool was fine. Issue with this hotel and why I will never use again is their windows in the rooms. First room we were given faced the freeway. The windows don't even seal properly so the sound was deafening. Went down to ask for another room as I thought it must just be the windows in this room. Asked for a room across the hall also so not facing the freeway. Staff was very friendly and fixed right away. Went into new room and the windows were no better. Still they did not seal and you could even feel the draft coming in. We had to run the fan in the room to drown the freeway noise. Using sound to cover sound.... Also their room service is Elmer's across the street and the food is TERRIBLE!!!!

Great Value
Very comfortable with all amenities like iron and ironing board, fridge, microwave, free wi-fi, coffee maker, clean, indoor pool, sauna, and jacuzzi, and continental breakfast. Right off the freeway makes it very convenient. Depending on which side of the hotel your room is, you will hear some freeway noise.

Pool and spa are was nice. Have a sauna and a steam room. The rooms have certainly seen better days. It's an older hotel and it's showing. Rooms were spacious but had a weird floor plan.

Clean and friendly
Stayed here before and this place still good for overnight stay. Room smelt a little smokey though supposed to be nonsmoking. Otherwise, clean. Staff were friendly. Close to shopping.

shiloh inn tacoma
we were visiting family. we also were close to the rental car agency and they were able to come and pick us up. There is a great resturant just across the street(Elmers). Had no complaints about the room. It satisfed all our needs
