Tacoma trip

Amazing personal service!
The staff was extremely hospitable. We checked really late due to a delayed flight, and we were overtired, so it was really nice to be greeted so personally. We stayed 4 nights. The facility was kept really clean, the breakfast was hot and delicious, the beds were very comfy, and the staff very friendly. My daughter inadvertently left her cell phone in the lobby one morning before we went sightseeing. They deiced to look at the phone's contact list and chose to call the contact "mom" and got a hold of me and then offered to put her phone in our room (once they knew whose phone it was:) Nice. I'd stay here again.

Nice place to stay in Tacoma
Stayed for 4 nights. Room was big, with lots of space. Bed and bathroom were nice and comfortable. There was a giant jacuzzi in the middle of the room (which we didn't use) that was a little odd, but it didn't get in the way. The whole hotel was clean and nicely kepy. Hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful. My only suggestion would be to have more chairs in the room - we only had the desk chair, and would have been nice to have an armchair or another place to sit besides the bed. But other than that, was a nice place to stay!

great experience
I was really impressed with this hotel and the service we received. Never seemed like a bother to ask questions. Pool was very clean and indoors and warm. The rooms were big and extremely clean. Would definitely stay again.
