Never Again
My reservation was mixed up from check-in on Friday to Saturday. It created a brain lock for the person working the desk. Instead of a simply shifting the reservation one night, he had to cancel and redo my reservation. Plus I feel that I got ripped when I heard your contract rate was 66.00 and I was paying 97.00, that is a 47% mark-up! I wish I could get a 47% markup in my business. And don't tell me what to say when you ask me to give you feed back about your over priced service!!

Great location
Great location acoss Tacoma Mall and lots of places to eat in the area. Easy to get to from the freeway. This is a no frills hotel which was perfect for me, just needed a place to sleep and shower. Bring your own toiletries and hair dryer.

Very nice room, staff very friendly. Motel is close to Tacoma Mall for shopping & eating. Motel entrance is easy to miss, motel sets well off main road & is partially hidden by Best Buy, a sign at entrance would be helpful.

Renovation in Progress
The hotel was very comfortable but it was in the middle of a renovation. I can tell when it is done it will be very nice. Some of the dinning areas were closed for the renovation
