exactly what we were looking for!
We were out for four days around our granddaughters high school graduation. Wonderful clean room- kitchenette was perfect with refridge, micro, and stove. No interuptions as room wasn't serviced since we were there a short stay.

Spanaway Park was wonderful for a pre graduation cookout and later enjoyed Wapito Park with all its beauty in flowers.

You get what you pay for. Yes affordable, near the heart of Tacoma, kind of a bad neighborhood, the bed was hard as a rock, squeaky like no other, pillows were flat, fridge froze everything I put in it even after I turned it down, cost 2.00$ to use the washer then 2.00$ for the dryer. They claim to have high-speed internet for free, no its 5.00$ a night... This place is definitely in need of a remodel. Staff was fair.

the room I was assigned had not
the room I was assigned had not been made up! I was assigned another room, but still... TV reception was bad. location is on old hotel row off the freeway, a long way from the nearest restaurant or store.

didnt like the fact that i paid 677.00 and was there 10days and housekeeping services are on one day of your stay. need to take used towels to office to get clean ones, i had to get a vaccuum to vaccuum since my room only got one day. had to take out own trash. just what was 677.00 for.. a bed?????

really a one-star hotel. Hotel is on frontage street half a mile or so from the freeway exit. No restaurant, coffee shop, etc., are nearby. Room was ok. Fortunately the weather was good. There was daylight visible through space beneath the exterior door. TV only had about 10 channels, mostly sports. I rented two rooms. Reception in one room was horrible. Every channel full of snow. You get what you pay for...

Having actually hotel ammenities wouldve been great. Like not having to ask for shampoo and a hair dryer... getting our towels done everyday. Having a bed that wasnt as hard as table top. There was barely any good tv stations. It just wasnt up there in good quality.

hard hard bed
not good, not bad either
I was on a trip for my son graduation. So i just needed a small quite room. the room was clean, the staff was somewhat friendly.The bed was super hard, uncomfortable. I dont think that I got any sleep. but for the price it wasnt to bad
