Spokane House Hotel

The Spokane House Hotel was quite disappointing. The parking lot, entrance, external building appearance and lobby are in dire need of painting, landscaping, upgrading. The room was small and clean, but the rug had multiple dirty spots; the bathtub caulking needed replacement; the tub drain didn't work well. The pool and dining room were closed for remodeling.

The spokane hotel house has a restaurant, lounge and pool and all were closed. Rooms weren't clean, the patio door was opened when we entered the room. The bathtub didn't drain so you stood in ankle deep water while showering. Would highly recommend not staying here for the price.

The only positive comment is that the hotel was close to the airport and to our event. We cut our stay at this hotel short and found another one really close that best suit our needs and our comfort.

The staff was not friendly at all! The place was a dump! I had other business partners staying there and they stayed for $20.00 a night cheeper. We were all very upset I'll never use you again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You took my money to stay in a dump and I could have gone to another property instead The website is not what this property looks like at all!!!!!!!!! We attend several functions through out the year and you have lost our business........

Absolutely Horrible. Checked in at 1:30 room not ready - but was given a room assigment and key = = returned to hotel and someone else was in my room - - tv did not work; air conditioning did not work; room was nasty; rooms smelled; rooms very small - - ultimately had 3 rooms at this hotel - and each was equally bad

This is the worst motel I've used in 45 years of traveling. Name on sign did not match reservation (could not find it). Rude receptionist. Key card did not work on balcony. Filty windows. Blood on bedspread. Only the very hot water worked in the shower. Filty carpets. Had trouble making the TV work as there were no directions to run it. Unkempt parking lot with old van and parts scrap heap on the south side. [...]

Would not recommend this hotel to anyone

This was worst hotel I've ever stayed at. Was tempted to sleep in my own car because it seemed cleaner and safer. Hotel wouldn't give refund. Had our kid stay wit friends at the double tree hotel because was safer. Pool was broke down and empty. Room wasn't clean when we went in. The old key from previous tenents still worked. I wouldn't even leave my things in the room because I was affraid of theft. Horrible hotel would never stay again. Looked and felt like it was straight out if a horror flick.

The motel is old and not updated. It was over-priced through [...] and not worth 1/2 of what I paid. The room was very dirty: walls, floors, table tops and doors. The TV did not work and the room lacked a hair dryer. There was no clock or radio. The lampshades were very worn and the entry light was burned out. The staff was very young and trying hard - they did make some excuses, which did not compensate for a dirty room.

This hotel was dirty and sketchy. I didn't have high expectations given the price point, but this is the type of hotel that people come to to kill themselves. The room was damp and not very clean. I peeled back the stained comforter to reveal a spider on the pillow. There was no alarm clock in the room at all. No hairdryer. No vending at all and no ice machine on my floor even though the maps indicated both. I got my room relatively quickly but was dealt with in an unprofessional manner (although the woman who checked me out was delightful). The highlight was the 40 year old man kissing a 14 year old girl in the hallway on the way to their room who was obviously not his daughter. Gross all around. Pay the extra 20 bucks and stay across the street.
