Fantastic room
The room was perfect. Our room had a "real" kitchenette, desk, table w/2 chairs, sofa, cushioned chair, large flat screen tv and king size bed. The room was very clean. Staff was extremely nice and knowledgable. Pool area was nice and clean. Breakfast was very good and they kept it full until the end - most places stop refilling about 1/2 hour before they close it. I will definitely be coming back again and again. Nicest hotel we have stayed in a very long time!

Home away from Home
The Spokane, Wash. valley Residence Inn was just like a "home away from home" for us. I made reservations for just my wife and myself to stay for just one night so I could rin the Bloomsday Run. We had some unexpected things happen just before we left Kalispell, Mt. and we ended up taking our 4 year old grandchildren with us. I didn't have time to let them know of the changes, so we just left hoping for the best. Well, when we got there and I checked in, I let them know that there are now 4 of us instead of just 2, the lady at the front desk said "that is no problem" the room had a hide-a-bed and the grandkids stayed at no extra charge. That was a wonderful thing to have happen, especially since we had no warning that they would be coming with us. Also they were very lenient on the checkout time. I was able to run the race, take the bus back to the Inn, and they let us stay longer at no extra charge just so I could take a shower and get cleaned up. With that kind of service I would stay there every chance I get. Thanks a bunch. Bob.

Very Friendly, Very Reliable
And a bargain (relative) too. Stayed in a one bedroom, and it was nice to have the privacy with the kids along, someting unavailable in a studio-only hotel without getting a seond room. Good selection of restaurants nearby (long walk or short drive), though not on the premises. Several restaurants deliver to the hotel, or provide to-go pick-up.

Shopping tip:
Short drive from hotel
For those not over Krispy Kreme, there is one just 1/2 mile away. Watch for the hot sign, recently only observed in the morning.
