Great Stay

I was warmly welcomed at the front desk. My host was engaging even though I was tough to get talking. Room was nice, bed was comfortable, facility was spotless, restaurant view in diningroom was lovely.

Good location, average hotel

The location is really nice, a short walk across the river and you are downtown. The room was okay, nothing great, just average hotel room. I will compliment the room cleaners on an excellent job of cleaning and making the beds after we had left it a bit of a mess. I'd stay here again.

Almost feels like home!

A place where I can feel like I am at home, I can park my own car in the parking lot available, no extra charge or tips needed for valet service. The staff is friendly and very helpful, the rooms are comfortable and equipped to give one the little comforts of home while you are on the road. I wish I could have stayed longer to use the indoor pool and gym.

Perfect downtown Spokane visit

The hotel is in a perfect location. You can walk or bike( complimentary bikes for hotel guest) on the 37.5 mile river trail. Walking to Gonzaga University is ideal about a 10 min walk. The hotel staff is very friendly and the room was just right. The food in the bar was delicious. The pool outside was very clean and had a fun water slide for all who wanted to enjoy. I would stay at this hotel again especially because of its location to the university and downtown.

Location, location, location!

What a way to explore the essence of Spokane, WA. Located right across the walking bridge to the Park. I rode the bike provided by the hotel. Took a walk to the best french pastry shop for breakfast. A mecca for shopping & a movie. The beds are comfy and the rooms nice. Good shower heads & pressure and a really fun pool with a slide. Even an indoor pool for year round fun.

Fine hotel, rude service

The hotel was decently clean and comfortable, and the pool and lobby area looked great. But the staff was dismissive and downright rude.

Great pool! Love the outdoor patio over the river!

The outdoor pool with water slide was a hit with my little one. I loved being able to walk to the park, and the downtown area, but having the free hotel shuttle drive me when it got too hot, or I had too many packages to carry. Wish they didnt charge for overnight parking, tho. The Oxford next door does not charge... Breakfast buffet in the restaurant was ok, but I loved the fruit plate in the morning and the cheesecake as a late night snack!

Entertainment tip: Short drive from hotel

Both of the childrens science museums downtown are great. They also have a rock wall climbing facility downtown. Check out the trampoline facility, too.

greatlocation

I don't like having such a small bathroom with a door that opens into it,almost hitting the toilet.everthing semed a little rundown.the location is great.right in the middle of everything.you walk everywhere.the staff was very friendly and helpful.the elevator doors open just before you get to your floor.stains on the walls in the room and in the stairwell.i didn't know I had a ridge/microwave till I opened a cabinet door to see what was in there.there should be a label so people don't think it's a minibar or something.the arena and park are only a few minutes away.downtown is a few more minutes, but Friday night horse carriage rides are well worth it.the pool was too cold for me to swim in.i did get the quiet room I requested.i usually get stuck by the pop/ice machine which is very noisy.in this hotel the pop/ice had its own alcove on my floor, which was nice.the bed was comfortable, except the extra pillows which were scratchy.the regular pillows were good.not sure if I would stay here again.the entrance was uphill, which is hard when you've had a long day of walking, you can enter on the side, but make sure you are on the right elevator...I would have liked better menu or menus for place that deliver.the best place to eat is Perkins.it's on Division street.they are known or their pancakes.if you like animals, feed the marmots.great vacation, but maybe I will check out other hotels..
