Very friendly staff and a comfortable room
The staff greeting was very welcoming. We we looking for a reasonable deal on our usual stop over to Montana from Seattle but an upgrade over a "number" motor inn. This hotel was not a disappointment. Zach had a warm greeting and the room clean and the bed perfectly comfy.

Might be nice for summer but found it bogus for winter
Mold on the wall, 9$ extra for parking and no breakfast included, I can't say I would bother going back.

Dont stay if weather is bad
I was in Spokane for some important sales Presentations. Chose this hotel for location and comfort. Bed was ultra comfortable. Room clean enough. Staff excellent. HOWEVER....some mental giant thought it a good idea to install metal roofing on the overhang just below the room window. When it rained -which it did all night - it sounded like someone beating on a pipe. A noise that was then amplified through the heating unit just under the window.....ALL NIGHT LONG. it was so loud I actually recorded the sound on my iPhone. Even tissue stuck in my ears didnt drown out the noise. The next day I did my sales presentations and drove 2-1/2 hours home on ZERO sleep. Next time, I'll skip this place and sleep on my son's couch.

Good room
Stayed for business travel/convention. The location is perfect if you need to be near the convention center - it is a 5 minute walk across the river. The staff was very helpful and the facility, though a little dated, was very good.

This hotel's a good value vs some hotels right downtown and it's just a two-minute walk through Riverfront Park. Plus, most of my meetings were in North Spokane so this location was a lot more convenient.
