Good Value, but the railroad tracks make for a lot of noise.

Basic Hotel, not for the squeamish.

The rooms are tiny and the furniture is old. However, it is right next to the new Davenport Tower, so it is close to everything downtown. There are tons of restaurants and bars in close walking distance. If you don't need to stay in a fancy place, this location is great for you.

Nightlife tip: Short walk from hotel

Check out the Baby Bar. Fugazi and Jawbreaker are on the juke box. If you don't know who those bands are, you probably wouldn't like the place. Also, all drinks are made with fresh squeezed fruit juice.

Great location

I went to Spokane for a test and had a room at the Ramada Inn which was in a great location for getting to my testing site. The only thing that would make it an awesome stay is making the rooms more sound proof from all of the trains going by. This trip was done by myself and before I would go with my husband or friends.

Late hotel need.

Very nice staff. The hotel was clean enouogh, but a little worn and tired. On a short stay, it served the purpose, at a very good price, but would not want to stay there long term.

Moving Collage student home for the summ

I can to Spokane to get my collage student home for the summer. I had plenty of space to park the U-Hual van. The staff was great. They were helpful when I needed to get our boarding passes the day we left and there is Airport shuttle service.

Rent a U-Hual instead of a car if you have to bring stuff to a storeage unit. The cost is way cheaper.

Very friendly

The hotel was quiet and very convenient to the airport and downtown Spokane. The hotel staff were very nice and always willing to help. My only issue was that I had hung out the 'Do not disturb' sign in the morning, removed it when I left my room, but the room did not get service. I would still stay at this hotel again.

It is what it is

It is what it is... A cheap hotel/motel room. Small rooms but clean. Except they would not throw away the fast food bag and cup I left (accidentally the first time, intentionally after that) on the table. Didn't like the A/C in the room. It was pretty noisy, but at least it drowned out the sound of the trains passing by. Good location (not the by the train tracks part, but the close to downtown stuff part). Within walking distance to the main restaurant/bar area, the movie theater and shopping. It served it's purpose well, a cheap room in a good location. I was attending a conference on the other side of the river and didn't want to pay the conference rate (a little more than double what I paid to stay here per night). A single or couple staying a couple nights it's worth the savings for the inconvenience of the train noise. That was my only real gripe. They did have a small continental breakfast until 9:00 am. Small doughnuts and bagels, some cereal, milk, juice and coffee. Nothing fancy but enough to get you to lunch. All in all a decent place, but there is a reason it's cheaper (train). Avoid if you are a light sleeper, besides that don't expect too much and you'll be satisfied.
