What you would expect for a $45 room
I was fine with this hotel. I was just passing thru & needed a place to crash with my friend. The rooms are small with not a lot of space to move around. I would not recommend this hotel if you plan on staying far a few days, unless you are on a budget. We where able to walk only a few blocks to some great bars. Did not spend much time in the room which is when this place is a great idea. Train is very close but didn't bother me. Under the bed was a little diappointing. Needed a good vacuum.

Great travel experience
The kindly help from the staff of the hotel make me feel very warm. They upgrade my hotel rooms with free charge and help me printing our some forms. Really nice staffs and very comfortable rooms.

You get what you pay for
I would stay there again but I am very cheep. Problems were: Internet kept going out We were 60 yards from the train tracks Bathtub did not drain (showered in ankle high water) Hot water facet needed a screwdriver to work But it was like $50 bucks a day.

affordable! friendly!
This is a very affordable hotel/motel, near downtown just a couple blocks from shopping and a nice park. The staff were very friendly. Every room has a mini-frige and microwave and A/C unit. Continental breakfast was included. The only thing to worry about is the train (in case you can't easily sleep at night) but that didn't bother us. Also a lot of restaurants close sort of early. I would definitely stay here again.
