Loud and Disappointing
Two Blocks from the shopping and restaraunts of Downtown Spokane but thats the only plus. The breakfast was laughable. The building is built right up against the train track and the train never stops, never. Everything was outdated and the wifi only was available 50% of the time. The bed was hard and the front desk service was impersonal. The super 8 was more expensive for a reason. Love Spokane and visit often, but would not reccomend this place to anyone.

A sad tip
the trip was to attend a funeral therefor not much time to plan. Motel was a low category, next to railroade tracks. Hard to find. One double bed. not the cleanest, stains on the clean sheets. Water was ok. heating ok. Not a good impression. No internet.

If you want to sleep, don't stay here!
To start out, when my mom and I arrived there, I thought we drove up to a travel lodge... not something with a Ramada name. The elevator says to "Please be patient," but after patiently waiting for two minutes with no movement, we decided to exit the elevator. On my way out of the elevator, it SLAMMED into my 7 1/2 month PREGNANT belly knocking me aside. Things just got worse from there. If you're on the third floor, you can look at the front window and see the TRAIN that you're hearing go by every 15 minutes (even during the night). The AC unit is noisy as hell and takes up a greater portion of a corner of the room. The WIFI was tempermental, very spotty. It would show full strength and then just disappear. And to top things off, you have to hold the handle down on the toilet for it to flush. I will NEVER stay anywhere NEAR this hotel again. Absolutely a HORRIBLE experience.

Sleepless in Spokane
Ok for Downtown Spokane
This hotel is overpriced. The rooms are not very clean, especially the bathrooms, dirty toilets and sinks. We were promised a continental breakfast and none was provided. Rooms are very small with outside entrance only right on the railroad tracks. Trains ran all night and we got very little sleep. I've paid the same amount for rooms that were excellent for the same price that I paid for this noisy run down room. Very very disappointed and will never stay there again. Ok if it's the last hotel available for a downtown convention but way overpriced and don't expect to get any sleep.

Train Tracks
Although this hotel is a few blocks from the downtown mall, it is also right next to the train tracks! The room is very old and the comfort and size was horribly small. There are many renovations that need to be made. The pet expense was almost an additional half of what it cost to stay there one night! The breakfast was not great by any means, with old danishes, we skipped it. The train runs all night long, so if you a deep sleeper, you may be fine, but otherwise I would not suggest this hotel.

Whoo! Whoo! Trains all night.
I just woke up, or got up after not sleeping most of the night, in an awful Ramada in downtown Spokane. Air conditioner so loud you can't hear yourself, a bed piled with 2 box springs under the mattress making the bed wobbly, and then trains going by all night long one after the other. Whoever said this was a 3 star location was joking. Can't stay here another night.
