Comfortable place with low price
We had a nice trip to Spokane, WA. and we stayed at this Ramada hotel. The location was very convenient; it is right next to the Steam plant grill and RiverFront park. They also had a free breakfast too. Their staff was cordial and respectful. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a good deal and a value.

Staff was great. Room sucked. Found hair in the bathroom. Bed was old and springy. Just plain old and gross! Spend the extra buck and stay at the Davenport which is right next door. Wish I would have!

stay somewhere else
Hotel is in desperate need of renovations. Rooms were clean but very cramped water pressure was awful. Wish I had paid a little more and stayed somewhere else.

Disappointed
Would have been good to know the railroad runs right next to "motel", so every 30 minutes throughout the night the room shook

great location
We've stayed there before... most of the value is the location. If the room was not right in downtown probably would rate it lower. The hotel lacks a bit in personality. but the bed is good and the rooms are clean.

Trains, trains and more trains
This place feel like it sits on the railroad tracks. Room was run down, bed stacked with 2 box springs under the mattress, and an air conditioner so loud it was the only thing to drown out the train noise. One way or the other sleep is difficult and the night is long. Location was the only good feature being downtown.

Whoo! Whoo! Trains all night.
I just woke up, or got up after not sleeping most of the night, in an awful Ramada in downtown Spokane. Air conditioner so loud you can't hear yourself, a bed piled with 2 box springs under the mattress making the bed wobbly, and then trains going by all night long one after the other. Whoever said this was a 3 star location was joking. Can't stay here another night.
