Basic Hotel, not for the squeamish.
The rooms are tiny and the furniture is old. However, it is right next to the new Davenport Tower, so it is close to everything downtown. There are tons of restaurants and bars in close walking distance. If you don't need to stay in a fancy place, this location is great for you.

Nightlife tip:
Short walk from hotel
Check out the Baby Bar. Fugazi and Jawbreaker are on the juke box. If you don't know who those bands are, you probably wouldn't like the place. Also, all drinks are made with fresh squeezed fruit juice.

Ok for Downtown Spokane
This hotel is overpriced. The rooms are not very clean, especially the bathrooms, dirty toilets and sinks. We were promised a continental breakfast and none was provided. Rooms are very small with outside entrance only right on the railroad tracks. Trains ran all night and we got very little sleep. I've paid the same amount for rooms that were excellent for the same price that I paid for this noisy run down room. Very very disappointed and will never stay there again. Ok if it's the last hotel available for a downtown convention but way overpriced and don't expect to get any sleep.

Great location
I went to Spokane for a test and had a room at the Ramada Inn which was in a great location for getting to my testing site. The only thing that would make it an awesome stay is making the rooms more sound proof from all of the trains going by. This trip was done by myself and before I would go with my husband or friends.

Decent Downtown Hotel
The maids were great and kept the room very clean. It included a mini fridge which was convenient for keeping snacks during the trip. The A/C was very cool and overall this was a good experience. No smoke smell and very clean.

Late hotel need.
Very nice staff. The hotel was clean enouogh, but a little worn and tired. On a short stay, it served the purpose, at a very good price, but would not want to stay there long term.

If you want to sleep, don't stay here!
To start out, when my mom and I arrived there, I thought we drove up to a travel lodge... not something with a Ramada name. The elevator says to "Please be patient," but after patiently waiting for two minutes with no movement, we decided to exit the elevator. On my way out of the elevator, it SLAMMED into my 7 1/2 month PREGNANT belly knocking me aside. Things just got worse from there. If you're on the third floor, you can look at the front window and see the TRAIN that you're hearing go by every 15 minutes (even during the night). The AC unit is noisy as hell and takes up a greater portion of a corner of the room. The WIFI was tempermental, very spotty. It would show full strength and then just disappear. And to top things off, you have to hold the handle down on the toilet for it to flush. I will NEVER stay anywhere NEAR this hotel again. Absolutely a HORRIBLE experience.
