It's the extras that count!

The hotel itself is average compared to other hotels we stayed at. What made our stay at this hotel a bit more exciting was the milk and cookies served every night and the free massage provided in the lobby. We also enjoyed that the room we stayed in had 2 queens beds for our family of 4, but also had a sofa for relaxing on.

I'll stay somewhere else next time.

Stayed here for 2 nights. Checked in at around 4:00 pm. Check in was quick. Given room 218. Went to the room, and even though it was non-smoking, it had a musty, old, smoke smell to it. Called the front desk and was told she could let me check out room 318 to see if it was better. Room 318 had that "orange glo" smell, like they were trying to cover up some nasty smell. I went to the front desk and asked if all rooms had a smell. She just smiled. I stayed with the rm 318. Room was fairly clean. Air conditioner was noisy, but worked. Heard the people in the room above us going at it for about an hour at midnight one night. Didnt try the free breakfast, but did have a free beer on both nights. They serve beer, wine, soda and a snack from 5-7 pm. I dont think I would stay here again. I think I would prefer something closer to Spokane. Last time I stayed at the DoubleTree. I prefer that one.

Not nice enough for the price

Room was nice. Breakfast nice, more than just rolls and coffee. Dirty bar of soap in tub. jacuzi was cold, colder than bath water and way too much clorine, so much it hurt your eyes to run the jets.

Great for a long or short stay.

The Quality Inn Suites in Spokane, Wa was not only eye pleasing on the outside but was just as nice inside. The hotel has just about everything a traveler needs, from a small store to video and game room to a very nice indoor pool. The location is very close to the interstate and is close to restaurants and stores. The room was much bigger and more comfortable. The room had a little kitchenette that was nice to prepare a late night snack.

Comfortable and convenient

We always find our rooms at this hotel to be spacious, well layed out, and comfortable. Because my husband is from Spokane, we like to visit friends and family while we are there. The location of this hotel, very close to I-90, makes those visits convenient and simple. We also love the wonderful breakfasts they provide: scrambled eggs, sausages, biscuits and gravy, plus the usual rolls, toast, cereal, waffles, juices, milk, tea and coffee. Their breakfast room is beautiful - it could double as the dining room in any hotel.

Sightseeing tip: Short drive from hotel

The Spokane river is just a few miles east of the hotel. There are convenient places to park and lovely walking paths.
