A good stay
Very helpful and friendly staff that made us feel welcome. Clean room and convenient location. They have a very complete breakfast and free newspaper. Our stay with them was all good.

Good hotel, but some things to be aware
I stayed here twice during my trip. I requested non smoking rooms on both stays. The first stay I got a smoking room and could not change it. [...] The first room also suffered from very weak water pressure in the shower and a big water bug in the tub on day 2. The second stay was much better. Nice clean non smoking room. Hotel staff was very nice. Breakfast was good. Location is convenient.

Great Place To Stay!
Went to Spokane for shopping and training seminar. The hotel was clean, quiet, and very comfortable, with customer-oriented staff! I was able to relax and get plenty of restful sleep. Great experience.

A trip with no time for planning
The hotel staff was very friendly and efficient. They knew their jobs very well and the hotel was just fine. Also very close into town. We will stay there again if needs arise. This was an emergency trip and location was perfect.

Clean and Friendly!
If you are looking for a clean well priced place to stay in Spokane, you need to come check this place out! From the friendly staff to the huge flat-screen TV, everything was perfect. You should definatly check them out, I know I'll be back!

Very Restful
We are moving our house hold goods and came to the Hotel exausted. Our stay was very nice and we received the rest we needed to contonue our journey.

Free Parking!
I didn't spend much time in the hotel as I was here for business, but I really did appreciate the free parking. (Last time I was in Spokane I stayed at another hotel that surprised me with a parking fee at checkout.) Anyway - These guys really do put the 'Quality' in Quality Inn! Everyone I saw, even the maids were so friendly. The halls were brightly lit, and there were plenty of lamps in the room. Everything smelled fresh and looked clean. I come to Spokane 4-5 times a year for my business and this is where I'll be staying from now on!

Extremely Disappointed
My wife and I frequently attend WHL hockey games at Spokane Arena, and on this particular weekend we were in town for playoff games between our team and the Spokane Chiefs. We arrived just barely in time to check in and get to the game on time. Check-in went smoothly. Sorry to say, it was the last thing that did.Upon our arrival back after the game, around 10:15pm, we discovered that the lounge on the property was very popular. So popular, in fact that there were no available parking spaces. We were told we would have to park on the street. Only when we expressed our displeasure with this option did two desk employees move their personal vehicles so that we could park. The Ice Machine on our floor was not working.The Hotel Staff hovered far more than necessary around the breakfast service area, to the point of being a nuisance. They were "out" of butter, and offered no solution. The plasticware was rediculously tiny, I would like to see any Executive Management try to eat a waffle using it.The Room's showerhead broke off in my hand while showering, but within minutes a young lady from housekeeping showed up with one with tools in hand. Though she admitted she was not from maintenance, she had the correct tools, and allowed me to change it. (This was the most impressive part of my experience.)[...]
