Delightful Dana
Jessica at the front desk
We had great service when we arrived. We were heading out for the evening and I was talking to my kids about needing gum. Jessica said "I have some gum in my purse, would you like some?". It was so thoughtful and she gave us the whole pack. She was so nice. We brought her desert when we got back in. She is a very thoughtful and nice person! We definetly will go back to that hotel when we visit Spokane again. Thank you!

Convenient location
They gave me a handicapped room although I don't need one. The ground level was so close to the parked cars ( a few feet) that I felt somewhat insecure, with a big window that fortunately was locked. Why did they assume I couldn't go upstairs. No time to ask for a change of rooms before I had to leave for an appointment.

Trail along the river is good for exercise, but women should go when there are plenty of others on the path.

Great Place and Great Price
I used the breakfast room for a birthday party. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I planned it from 3000 miles away and had never been to this city before. They were awesome in helping me in everything I needed for the party! They were the BEST!

Good stay, good price
We were able to check in late, had a nice breakfast, staff was friendly, kids loved the pool & hot tub. Fitness center had a treadmill, eliptical. Was just fine, no complaints!

Kids loved the pool
Small pool worked great for my small kids. Hot tub worked great for me and my hubby! Perkins was right next door and a neat walkway went under the busy road so we could cross safely to the park. Sirens were LOUD all night, but I expected that it would be, being that we were downtown and right next to the main drag. I went to get breakfast at 7:25 am and not much was out yet, disappointed me. Got coffee and a complimentary newspaper and went back to my room.

Downtown Spokane within long walking distance. Riverfront Park, IMAX, AMC theaters, good exercise and PRETTY! WSU RIGHT there, Gonzaga, too.

Nice Family Weekend
Hotel staff told us about a close by local event that our children would enjoy. Location was also close to parks, trail system and shopping. Staff was very kind and helpful to our children with pool info etc.
