Econolodge was alright
The lodge was not that bad to start out with, minus the confusing drive to get to the location of the hotel. Once inside, the bathroom light switch was broken as well as the light itself. There was no fan in the bathroom, and the lock on the bathroom door did not work at all either. i stayed in room 275.

A new clerk was in training when I arrived and the trainer seemed distracted. The room was ok. No high def tv bud did have free wireless. The bed was comfortable but the sheets had not been tucked in. The am continental breakfast was adequate.

Funeral
Room was not clean, Hair in the Bathtub drain when arrived. Toilet 1and a half inches from tub made it diffecult to go to the bathroom. Didn't empty coffee pot or replace used items. Floor was not vacumed. Cieling cracking in need of repair. Towell rack comming out of wall but they just hung towells back up. Computer down, so no boarding passes could be printed. They did print one for me at front desk. With all the rooms that were vacant IO felt I got the worst rom in the house. I have stayed at this motel before in 2007. It was very nice then, but has goen down hill form those day's.

You get what you pay for.
If you can afford dollars more go somewhere a little nicer. There was mold on the ceiling which gave the room that dirty feeling.

Econolodge - Spokane, Wa
On a roadtrip, and needed a clean room for the night. We made our reservation last minute and there was plenty of availability. The property is nice, and there are nice grounds with picnic tables and a pool (which we did not use). The rooms were adequate and clean for the price, though the bathroom was in a state of slight disrepair: there was a lot of mold around the shower/tub, and the water did not shut off completely. All in all, an okay place but nothing to look forward to.

Elk House Pub is just 2 miles down the road, and a great place to grab a delicious, quick, reasonably priced bite to eat and have a cold beer.

Cheep Hotel
Stayed for one night, to watch birds in the Spokane area. Room size good, smelled musty, and when pulled down the covers the bottom sheet was very rumply making me think they didn't change the sheets. I flipped the sheets because there were no other rooms. I will never stay there again.

nice, clean, and great breakfast goodies
clean, warm room with plenty hot water for nice shower after having had two flights. Free internet a plus. Comfortable bed and great breakfast room with good choice of food and drink. I met a young woman who was in Spokane to audition for a TV pilot and it turned out she knew the woman I had sat next to on the plane I came in on, who also was coming for an audition...............small world.........thanks Econo Lodge!
