Very affordable

The room was very affordable and well kept. However the bed is extreamly uncomfortable had to get additional quilts from the hotel to layer over the bed just to be able to sleep and even then it was rock hard. Other then that the service was good.

Good price - U get what you pay for

I'd recommend this place again if I arrived early enough to get a NON-Smoking room. Front desk person was quick and efficient. I didn't notice that this hotel was all the way across town, but it worked for a good nights sleep.

clean hotel, nice staff, terrible bed

So everything was nice about the room. It was clean, a bit small, but not terrible for the price that was paid. But the bed. Uh. It was like sleeping on a concrete slab. It was horrible. The staff were all very friendly, and it was in a decent area. I'm not sure if i would stay again, just due to the fact of the bed, my back has hurt since i slept there. But it was a decent hotel for the money. Be sure to bring your shampoo though.

Horror of Spokane Valley

Beds were hard. Sheets & mattresses stained. Room was not clean ( crumbs of food & cherry pits between box spring & railing). Did not have enough towels, utensils, etc. No ice maker.

nice stay for the price

It is an okay experience. The only issue I noticed is the towels are old and not as clean as I expected. When not taking elevators, the remote hallway/stairway feels lack of regular maintenance and does not smell pleasant. The front desk is professional and efficient.

An Outstanding Hotel with helpful staff

I enjoyed the accommodations and the friendly helpful staff very much. The only thing that might have made my stay better would be a more comfortable bed. It was a bit on the unyielding side, and if my wife had been with me, it would have been sleepless nights for her, otherwise, I was very happy with the experience, and plan to use their facilities again if the chance presents itself. Good and Bad

When I informed the clerk that our toilet was not flushing well, she gave me a plunger and I found it would not do the job. She then had me take all our belongings to a different room. The second room was a smoking room. (Originally we requested non-smoking) However, it smelled better than the first room, which had a thick perfume smell which was obviously covering up another smell. There is no maid service at this motel, if you are staying multiple nights. Also, they allow pets, so if you are allergic to pets, you might want to consider a different motel. The clerks were plenty helpful and friendly and the room was within a reasonable comfort range when we arrived. We will probably try a different motel for our next trip.

Entertainment tip: Short drive from hotel

First Night Spokane, WA (New Years Eve celebration) was fantastic. It is non-alcoholic, non-smoking and for the whole family. It has something for everyone. Most of it was quality entertainment,

REASONABLE RATES

I APPRECIATED BEING OFFERED THE CHOICE OF FLOORS TO STAY AT - GROUND, FIRST, SECOND. This is a somewhat unusual motel, without daily cleaning service. I was told I can have extra towels, but the first thing I ran out of was coffee and creamer (and real sugar vs sugar substitutes). The desk kindly provided adiitional packets when asked.
