Great University Visit

This hotel is in a great location to visit the university. We walked back and forth to the campus quite a few times. It is even closer to the many restaurants on University Ave. The room was large and very comfortable. The staff were friendly and very helpful allowing us to park the car on the premises for the whole day even though we had checked out. We will definitely stay again for our next visit.

Good hotel in U District

We were pleasantly surprised by the modern look of the hotel. The room was more than sufficient in size. It has a window AC/Heating unit, which can be a bit noisy. There is a microwave, fridge an a Keurig coffee maker. The staff is nice though they could be more knowledgeable about the area (U District). The free bike rental was a bonus though the weather was not so good that we could take full advantage. I would recommend the Watertown if you need to be in the U District.

Right in the middle of the University district!

A great place for families. The room was so well planned and functional with a fridge and microwave. My daughter loved the Tommy Bahama shampoo, soaps, and lotion at the ready. Lots of restaurants just a block away on University Avenue. We went to the University Farmer's Market on Saturday morning and made a stop at the very well stocked University Book Store. Very friendly staff!

Traffic on 5 heading south could be a nightmare, but if you stayed on Roosevelt you were downtown in 15 minutes or less.
