The music is soft, the feeling warm and the service exceptional. The overtones are casual French; the flavors are Northwest and the food delicious. Great hotel in a great location.

Would recommend Thu, Dec 3, 2015
The hotel is located in a great location. It is close enough to all the sights in Seattle, but also far enough from Pike's Place Market. So if you wanted a more quiet scene, this hotel is a great location for that. If walking is not your thing, there are tons of Ubers and taxi cabs available to drive you around. The hotel staff was extremely friendly and nice. Basic amenities. Only wished that we were notified ahead of time that the pool and fitness center was being renovated.

family thanksgiving 2015 new life

Would recommend Mon, Nov 30, 2015
The hotel is much better than expected. The location was great. It's a bummer not able to use pool and gym coz of renovation. The parking was expensive too. But it's location is really great. Walking distance to a lot of places. We had a great Thanksgiving there. 2015 new beginning.

Convenient location

Would not recommend Sat, Nov 14, 2015
The best thing about this hotel is it's location. It is a quick walk to Pike's Place Market, the waterfront, and the Space Needle. The room was clean with a good view of the Space Needle (it was obstructed by a crane but every view in downtown Seattle has a crane in it). There were a few things that made this trip less than enjoyable though. We had picked this hotel over other ones because the website said it has a pool and hot tub. When we got there we found out that it was under construction. They said they had posted it on their website but we had not seen anything about it and we had checked several times before we left for our trip. Not having using of a pool would've been a bummer, but the real problem was the construction noise. I would not have booked at a hotel that was planning on construction for my stay I have health issues and sometimes need a quiet room to rest in. The work was so loud that even with the TV turned all the way up it was impossible to drown it out, even with ear plugs in. I'm not sure what they were doing but there was a loud, vibrating, clanking sound constantly for 8+ hours on Saturday. Another thing we were unimpressed with was charging $35 a night for parking in the garage. It is technically attached to the hotel but there is no elevator access and you have to park above the 3rd floor (because of valet) so getting to your vehicle isn't quick or convenient, especially when handling luggage. They did end up saying they were comping our parking but only because their system wouldn't let the man at the desk charge us the parking fee and we had to leave to get to the airport. But now my credit card's pending charges keep changing so I'm going to have to sort that out with them. All in all it was an ok stay but I'm not sure that I'd stay again.

So EVERYTHING was excellent, the one problem was the wifi access, WAY to complicated, the desk staff had to add it to all my devices, there MUST be a solution to this. to make it more user friendly?

Expensive trip

Would not recommend Fri, Oct 30, 2015
The hotel overall was nice but very expensive. The hotel would charge you to use wifi and they would also charge 35 dollars to park your car overnight or 45 for all day I never thought a hotel would charge you so much to park in their own parking lot. I recommend anot her hotel a little bit further away from the city.

good location solid 3 stars

Would recommend Tue, Oct 27, 2015
It's a very clean hotel with a nicely tiled bathroom in a good location just a few blocks from Pike Place Market and within walking distance to the Seattle Center and Space Needle. When I checked in and asked about the view I was told my room had a good view, but it turned out I was directly overlooking the parking lot. Not a big deal, but I didn't appreciate the dishonesty. I was also told upon check in that wifi was free, only to discover it was $10/day. When I complained I was given a code to access wifi at no charge, but the access was taken away the day before check out. The pool and fitness center are in the basement, and it really does feel like we were in a basement, with housekeeping staff going back and forth right in front of us. The slamming of other doors could easily be heard from inside our room, so if you are looking for a super quiet hotel this isn't it. I got a great price with a discount so I can't complain, but at full price I think there are likely better options nearby.

Seattle trip

Would recommend Wed, Oct 7, 2015
The Warwick is a great option to stay in Downtown Seattle. It was priced slightly better than some of the surrounding hotels and was still just as close to all the amenities downtown has to offer. The room was clean and spacious. It even had an operable slidind glass door to a mini balcony. There's even a local market across the street that stays open late. The shower fixtures worked, but looked like they may need maintenance soon and hotel parking was expensive but those would be my only complaints. Otherwise, it's a great option.

Decided stay downtown for special life day warranted this- had no reservations re:Warwick (wait, yes I did make one) efficient, friendly check in, clean room, drinks at hotel next door then on to corner restaurant for world's best Spanish Octopus...prefect. Thanks. Noisy hallway and doors on 8th floor late until finally done at 2 AM.
