Two Brothers (in their 20's) trip to Seattle

Would recommend Sun, Sep 20, 2015
From the minute we checked in till the moment we left, we were treated like royalty. The staff were extremely kind, friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious, and clean and when the rooms were cleaned it the room was spotless. The only downfall was the shuttle didn't run everyday, however the local 71, 72 and 73 buses ran regularly, a short distance from the hotel and only cost $2.50. The pool was a great size and was very quiet meaning we had peace to swim. The breakfast was basic, but you get what you pay for. We also made use if the free bike hire, and went a trek up to green lake, just north west of the hotel. Overall the hotel was fantastic and would highly recommend it to anyone staying in Seattle.

Very Near University - Great Boutique Hotel

Would recommend Mon, Apr 6, 2015
We came to Seattle for the NCAA Volleyball playoff games. Hotel was very near University. Very nice staff. Good breakfast. 24hour beverage and snacks in the lobby (great tea and coffee). This a very nice boutique hotel with a very friendly and helpful staff and a very good price. Free parking and convenient to a lot of local restaurants (mostly catering to college students, so the prices were great). Highly recommended this hotel.

This hotel was nice and clean. It is in a good location to the University. It was a bit older and an ok hotel for the price.

Satisfactory hotel

Would recommend Wed, Nov 19, 2014
The staff was very friendly and helpful. For touring the city, the location isn't great, but they do have a shuttle that God's downtown. The only downside of the shuttle is that you really have to plan around it. It picks up from the hotel on the top of the hour if you make a reservation and picks up from drop off locations on the half hour with reservation. Can't complain about it since it's complimentary. The breakfast was nice, but nothing fancy. The beds are comfortable. The only thing that was annoying is that while showering, my water would lose pressure and go cold every 5 minutes or so. Might be because I was next to the housekeeping closet. Walls are kind of thin as well.

If you're going to be around the university, this is a great find. Reasonable price, very clean, updated, small pool, parking -- does the job well.

Generally positive, but the location was not the best. The shuttle to downtown Seattle was very convenient. The beds in the standard queen room was uncomfortable, but the room was generally clean. The staff was very friendly.
