Great location
This hotel is walking distance from the University of Washington, and hence this was my main reason to stay at this hotel. Hotel staff is friendliest I have ever experienced, period! You can tell hotel does not belong to a chain, the try very hard to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Very helpful with directions and everything else. Room was clean, bright, quiet and smelled fresh. Will definitely stay there again next time I have to see U.o.W.

Wonderful location for Prospective Students
The staff was wonderful and helpful. The room was nice and clean (loved have a Keurig coffee maker for my morning coffee). It was located in a great part of town, near campus but also near dining and shopping. The pineapple cupcakes that are exclusive to the hotel were a wonderful treat. I would stay here again!

Best value and service bar none!
Without exception, the friendliest and most helpful staff, best price and endless hot, fresh coffee, tea, cocoa, etc. Convenient laundry, parking and shuttle. Can't say enough about entire experience. Would definitely stay again. For almost 3 weeks, the location is perfect for the U WA tower and campus or medical district. And Trader Joe's not far, farmer's market, etc. Great mattress.

Great location, clean and comfortable
Overall, I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It was clean, comfortable, safe, and the staff was friendly. I enjoyed the free breakfast each morning with simple self serve items. (Bagels, english muffins, cereal, fruit and yogurt)and they offer free cupcakes in the afternoon. The area was great, right in the heart of the university district. Close to tons of restaurants, and freeway access. My only complaint was that it was noisier than I had wished. Being in the busy university, there were alot of people and traffic outside that made alot of noise. Overall it was a good experience and I would definitely stay there again.

Great Hotel - Very Comfortable
We stayed for 13 nights at University Inn, so we had quite a long stay. The staff was helpful and polite, the rooms were comfortable and clean. Things were well maintained and we did not have any problems. My only complaint is that there is not a fitness center on site. There is a sister hotel about a block away where we could have gone to use their facility, but I often exercise late at night and didn't want to go walking at night to another hotel.

great hotel
Everything about this place is great, except for the shower. The location is wonderful in the university district, the free parking and shuttle (make reservations!) are VERY useful, the staff are friendly and helpful, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The only gripe I have is that the showerhead is around 5 feet tall, so even my girlfriend had to duck under it (and I had to actually sit in the tub to shower), and the drain works so slowly you're standing in a puddle after a while. But other than that I loved this place, and would stay there again.

Go to the glass museum in Tacoma, even though it's a 45 minute drive. Then hit the Flight Museum and Kubota Gardens (which is free) on the way back. A GREAT day!
