I'll stay here again.
Clean room in great location right next to UW and across the street from U Village. Bed was comfortable, good TV, and friendly staff. Great value compared to other Seattle hotels. My only complaint (minor) is that the continental breakfast did not look very appetizing at 9am on a Saturday morning. Fortunately McDonalds was only 2 blocks away. I will stay at this place again.

Short walk from hotel
University Village (across the street) has tons of restaurants and lots of shopping. The QFC food store there is tremendous.

Spring Orientation getaway
Location was a little bit confusion due to the constructions but overall it is a great place to stay and quite. The place is near the university village mall and a walking distance also from the UW. We were lucky they just shampoo our bedroom carpet.

The room was ok, altho the hallway looked like a war zone, construction materials everywhere, drywall dust covering the carpeting. There was "hair" in my bathtub - not mine. I had to set the coffee maker on the floor to plug it in as the cord was not long enough to reach the outlet while the pot was sitting on any reasonable surface. The tv menu was set to "Spanish" language (this was in NW Washington state). Overall quiet, reasonable place to crash for the night - while I was attending a conference at UW, however the price was quite steep for the accomodations.

Our stay was brief - in at 10pm, out at 8am. My only issue was with the heater. The room was too cold without it, but it was too noisy for me to sleep with it running. A thermostat would be nice too.

Very good quality for that price. Very convenient location for visitors to UW. Close proximity to the University village shopping center.

Bad stay.
There was a smell when I walked into the hallway to my room. My room was 2 doors down from the ice machine and coke machine. Needless to say. It was very noisy. Young adults were running up and down the hall and making lots of noise until around 1am. It took over 30 minutes for the water to get luke warm for my shower. The management said it would take around 5 minutes for the hot water to come to my room. after 30 minutes. I decided I just had to take that cold shower. I will not stay here again.

Efficient
The price is about right. Small cont. breakfast, but there is a decent selection. Rooms are not at Ritz, but you are not paying for the Ritz. Overall, you get what you would expect for the price.

Clean and Satisfactory
I enjoyed my stay here - the room was clean and on the large side with a good sized tv. The hotel was quiet and the staff was very helpful.
