looking for a sleeping room only
For my purpose this is a good place to stay. It is close to where i need to go and the staff are really good. The room was just what I needed and was comfortable. Being close to airport there is a lot of Plane noise which was no problem for me but might be a problem for others. The room prices were very reasonable but if you are looking foe pool and other ammenities look else where.

Pretty Ordinary with some glitches.
We checked in and noticed that a couple of things were missing. One was a TV remote and the other was a coffee pot. There was a $1.50 fee to use the room safe. They did bring us a remote that was held together with scotch tape, but said that we would have to upgrade if we wanted a coffee pot. After some discussion, they waved the upgrade and brought us a coffee pot Luckily we weren't planning to spend a lot of time in the room. That evening we looked out the window to discover that two "ladies of the evening" were working the street corner.

Horrible place.
We had to stay here twice in order to use their parking lot because we were flying out of Seattle. We only stayed here because we couldn't find another place to park our car for 14 days. The parking situation was really sketchy. The motel is located next to a bar where there are a lot of cops hanging out to watch over the place. The room itself was dirty and unclean. The staff were unfriendly and unhelpful. Horrible place. Do not stay here.

You get what you pay for. The hotel was just ok. We didn't spend a lot of time in the hotel which is why we picked a cheaper place. It is worth it if you don't plan on spending much time in the room. Parking is free, but very limited. We were lucky to come back each night really late and find the last parking space. Don't know what we would have done if there weren't any spaces. All in all we had a nice stay. The front desk staff were ok. They didn't interact with you much unless you specifically asked them a question. Not much eye contact. Ask for more pillows and towels.

Needs That Special Something
Location is good for the price. Very close to the monorail (about 2 blocks north). Area looks not to inviting (barbwire everywhere and a shady neighborhood). The staff, specifically the a.m. female manager major attitude issues. The hotel had false advertising- stated breakfast in a spacious room and a wafflemaker). Neither true. It was nice that it had a free airport shuttle.

value for money
This is a best value place for taking a site seeing vacation. Where most of your time you are going around and crashing in the room for a nice sleep. If you are renting a car then commuting to most of the attractions is easy, like 10 min ride to most places in Seattle. Its not a great fancy place to stay and enjoy, it a place to take rest, recharge and hit the road.
