Seattle with teens

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Seattle. The city offers so many opportunities for entertainment. The Edgewater was in an ideal location. We were within walking distance of Pike's Market and downtown transportation to anywhere else in the city. The hotel also provides courtesy shuttle service to the downtown area. The staff was attentive and well-informed.

Our Fanily Seattle Vacation

Our entire family came to Seattle to spend some quality time together before our son leaves for oversees military duty. The hotel was absolutely awesome! It by far has the best view of any of the hotels in all of Seattle, as it is located right on Pier 67. The service was top notch. Concierge services outstanding. Everything they recommended for us to do was value added. Free shuttle service is provided anywhere you want to go within a one mile radius of the hotel. However, everything is pretty much within walking distance. The restaurant is one of the most noted in Seattle, Six-Seven. As an aside, many performers stay or have stayed in this hotel to include the Beatles in 1964! If I ever return to Seattle, I would stay at the Edgewater! Thank you for a great family vacation!

Wonderful place to stay!

Nice, Clean rooms. I had beautiful city views. The trains did not bother me in the least. I would definitely stay there again. The only complaint I have is that the price for parking there is far too high. I found that I did not use my rental car at all. I used the free shuttle service to go everywhere!! Next time I will just ride the train in and skip the rental car!!

4 out of 5, Great location!

First let me say the Hotel is in a great location to all sorts of attractions in Seattle. The Edgewater is located on the quieter bay-side, which is great for relaxing. The hotels amenities are many; nice lobby, presentable gift shop, and very classy restaurant. The room was great, with fireplace, and a clean modern sophisticated bathroom. The view of the mountains on a clear day from the hotel is unobstructed over the water. (It should be noted that the only parking offered by the hotel is valet, a great service but heavy on the wallet, there are other parking options within walking distance.) Over all a nice experience at the Edgewater Hotel, with no problems, which helps ease your mind so you can enjoy what everyone should be there to enjoy; the beautiful and powerful pacific-north-west, in the rugged and mystical land, know as Washington state...

The ferry system as-well-as boat transportation is a stone throw from the Edgewater, which allows you transport yourself or your car to many destinations in the Seattle/Vancouver area.
