Comfort and efficiency close to tourist attractions
Sixth Avenue Inn offers comfortable, efficient lodging near Seattle's best-known tourist attractions. Convenient, good value

Perfect downtown location for value
Staff was polite & helpful upon arrival and made checking in a breeze. Would have liked to have included the $15.00 Parking cost in the reservation to make things easier traveling on a company credit card. Overall nice quiet place and will stay there again.

Terrible Experience, will not repeat
* Unfriendly staff * Hotel smells of must and mold * Rooms dirty, was moved twice due to this * Room condition poor, shower looked unfinished as large sections of paint were missing on tub surface * Hair from a previous customer left on the shower walls * Both rooms smelled terrible * Rude check-in staff

I was for one night in Seattle and was able to get a really good deal with this hotel. The rooms are nicely furnished, bed is very comfortable and everything is very clean. Front desk is very helpful with suggestions for dining and things to do. Location is perfect. They dont necessarily advertise $15 charge for parking but it was still reasonable as the room cost was below the average for that area.

Picture is not worth a 1000 words...
It was not even close to as nice as the pics show. Its old and needs to be remodeled. I moved to another hotel.

Do not stay downtown if you are looking for music or ent. It has all moved to the hills and outer areas of Seattle. I also never saw a police officer in the entire week I was downtown.

Great hotel!
Had a great time in Seattle and loved the hotel and its staff! Very sad to hear that it wont be there too much longer, would have definitely stayed there again in the future if it was still there.

very nice place to stay!
I really liked this hotel! Its perfect location made it easy to get a taxi and within short distances of fun night activities and shopping! The staff was very friendly. Only thing I would have changed is the bar here. Not a big selection and the bartender was EXTREMELY SLOW getting our orders filled. Besides that great place for a great price!

if you're going out anywhere never call the yellow cab service here!!! They are slow and extremely rude! I prefer farewest cab fast and friendly staff!

Just as we expected
Not a 5 star hotel. But clean, good size room, nice staff and very attractive restaurant. Knew we had to pay for parking, but $15 a night plus tax seemed a little much.
