Better than expected
The staff was courteous and plentiful. I checked in late and there were still 6 people at the desk. I was tickled when they offered me an upgraded room.

Great place to stay in Seattle
This is the second time we've stayed at the Silver Cloud Lake Union hotel, and we love the place. The staff is so accommodating; the breakfast (included in price) is great; the workout room has a variety of top quality exercise machines; and although the location is not right downtown (it's an ideal location for our needs, however), they provide free shuttle services to and from the main downtown tourist sites which are then within walking distance to everything you'd want to visit in the city. The pool is also a good family attraction.

Very good hotel

five minutes from everywhere hotel van was great convenince it made three stops, everyone a major attraction, the space needle, pioneer square, and pike's market pick up was a phone call away breakfast included waffles, scrambled eggs, sausages, cereal, fruit, bagels,plus much more good size pool easy parking a good place to stay

pike's market my son loved the shrimp cocktail on the go and my daughter loved the fresh and delicous cherries, both white and red

neeeded room with view
Nice comfortable beds, Ordered room with view, no handicap rooms with view!!! Breakfast bar just the regular. staff were ok the drivers were wonderful, took us everywhere we wanted really nice.

Picture Perfect View
Paid extra for upgrade to a room with a view, well worth it, beautiful. Great location, close to everything. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Parking included and shuttle was a plus since a lot of construction and road closures downtown. Coffee 24/7, and continental breakfast was nice. Would definitely stay here again.
