Awesome getaway

This hotel is truly a 5 star hotel. As soon as you walk in the entrance you will be able to see why. From the hotel, to the restaurants , to the rooms. Great place to bring your family, for a work trip, or a weekend getaway!

Great location for downtown activities

We were in town for a Seahawks game and this hotel was a perfect location. Walking distance to the stadium, Pike Street Market and many other attractions. The Fountain bar was a great place to hang out but the hotel could have used another casual restaurant for breakfasts or a quick bite. Rooms were clean but nothing to rave about. Overall a good hotel if you want to be right in the middle of downtown.

Dining tip: Long walk from hotel

Lowell's in the Pike Street Market is a great place to have dinner with an incredible view of Elliot Bay. Make sure to go up to the second level for sit down eating (seafood) with an amazing view!

Downtown Seattle

We needed one night in downtown Seattle and all hotels were booked solid. There was one opening at this hotel. We took it. When we arrived we were upgraded to the Presidential Suite. Sweet! Couldn't have asked for a better final night.

Seattle in a day

Our stay was just perfect. Arrived before check in and we were able to get a room early. Close proximity to everything. After walking around the city we were able to come back a relax at the stunning pool. Only bummer was the spa was gone! Staff was gracious and helpful. Rooms were perfect. We will be back!

I was expecting better food...

We ordered room service and the order took about 40 minutes to be at our room. The food was not really good at all... Chicken fingers for our daughters were really bad... A club sandwich I got, the bread was hard to bite... sometimes when you expect something because you know it is a well recognized hotel corporation it doesn't mean you will get the best...

Sheraton- Seattle- Perfect!

I found a good offer thru a discount site that starts with an O and ends with a z. When we checked in, they upgraded us, without us requesting it and at no additional cost! The staff was very helpful and friendly and the location was perfect. We lucked out by being in Seattle during an awesome weather spell.... 80's each day!! We walked to Pike Place Market each day and when needed, getting to the freeway was a non-issue! I'd recommend without hesitation... in fact, I already have!

Hotel has everything that could makes it a 4 star hotel. However, it could attract more tourists if the hotel provide free parking and Internet .

Great location.

Very nice hotel. One thing that was a disappointment was the cost of parking. Even though the cost was high the valet staff was extremely professional and efficient.

Disappointed

We specifically booked the Sheraton because it listed a swinning pool as an amenity. Unfortunately the pool was not in service during our stay.
