Not satisfied
The staff was very nice and helpful. When we notified them about our breakfast being included they argued with us that it was not. I had to call Orbit to verify that we had paid for the breakfast to be included and then call again and have them call to make sure that was so. It seemed like a hassle when we did pay to have the breakfast included. Also we had to pay for parking everywhere we went which was ok, but then we had to pay each day we were there just to have a place to park at our room!!! That was not ok. I have never stayed at a place that they made me pay to park my car, although I have tipped the person that parked my car for me I never tipped and paid to park my car.

Hotel stay
I had requested a room with a king size bed and a view of puget sound instead it was a room with 2 double beds. And a partial view of the sound. the desk attendant could not fix the problem. [...] On top of this is a $34 valet parking fee!

Family trip
They tried to stick us in a smokers room and thought we would be ok with that! Everything was extra $$, even the bottled water! The stay was nice but we were afraid to "touch" anything for fear of getting charged. This was a multi-city trip and our last (less costly)hotel offered free breakfast, free wireless internet and free bottled water. Plus it had a mini fridge, microwave and self (paid) parking.

Great if you are going on a cruise
Nice hotel great location if you are departing for a cruise the next day. It is right across the street. We had a water view which was very pretty to look out on. The crossing ferries were very scenic . Hotel was clean but bath room was a little small and the room we had only had one sink. other wise staff was friendly and hotel was clean. parking is always the killer which is one thing I think should be modified. 15 minute walk to Pike Place ..

Great location, noisy remodeling work
Mostly great, love the waterfront location. Nearby train tracks make some noise, but not too distracting. They are remodeling some portions of the hotel and we wound up with a room immediately underneath an active work area. They started hammering on the floor above us at 8:00 on a Saturday morning. I complained about it as we were leaving and the front desk clerk said, "We try to keep people off the 7th floor, but ..." and tried to let it go at that.

Great Location
Right on the water front, 5 min walk to Pike street market, the Space Needle and the EMP. I felt a little deceived by the pictures on-line but the place was in a great location. The room was average, your paying for the location.. The staff was great. Everyone was polite and eager to accomidate.. I'll be back.

If it's Tuesday, I must be in Seattle.
Well located hotel.
3 blocks from Pike Market. Across the street from Puget Sound. Very professional personnel, without being stuffy. View of the sound from most rooms. Fridge and coffee (both required, if you want my business!) in room. Nice large tub; very good for us older, larger folk.

Entertainment tip:
Short walk from hotel
Stroll through Pike Place Market. Snack here or chow down. Also, a longer walk (9 - 10 blocks) is the Salumi restaurant, which is owned and run by Mario Batali,s dad. Great sausage (which is what "salumi" means, in Italian) and similar products. Try the meatball sandwich!
