Right next to the airport, and not disgusting!

Some hotels look great from the outside, and are great on the inside. Some hotels look terrible... See full review

It'll do in a pinch

It was cheap, and you get what you pay for. It has no amenities, it's not very attractive, and it's in a bad part of town [...]. But it's fine if you need to pop into WA for a couple days and have a small budget. Just... don't linger outside.

Somewhere to sleep that's cheap

We needed some place to sleep for exactly 6 hours - this place fit the bill. Rooms are worn down and there is nothing special about this place. They did have good shower pressure though. If you need to crash and you're pinched on cash, this is your place.

Good deal

I selected this Inn because it is very close to SEATAC airport and it has a Denny's right next door. Their free shuttle bus picked us up. Our [...] reservation was waiting on the clerk's desk so all they did was hand me the key. The TV must have 200 channels. The room was clean and quiet. On check out I gave back the key and took their shuttle to the airport.

shabby and smelly

From what was stated about the place on [...] expected more ,got a lot less than what you would expect at a minimum level of service. Don't let the pictures fool you(maybe one room looks like that) . I will go else where. Where walls don't have chunks out of them and the white paint is not peeling out of the yellow tub and the towels are not stained .

Okay for the price

Over night stay at the end of a cruise before flight home. Near the Airport so with a late afternoon arrival, got settled with kids walked to dinner in a neighboring hotel. Took the train do some quick site seeing before the flight home. Train station is ~ 0.2 to 0.3 miles. A bit much for < 5 year old.

No frills: can't beat the price

I needed a room close to the airport AND public transportation for a couple of days before moving a bit east. First of all these are clean rooms but don't expect any frills. Bring your own shampoo and kleenex. The staff was friendly and helpful. I had called the night before to find out more about the shuttle but found the next day that I needed to call from the airport. Of course when I arrived at the motel I realized that I could have used the walkway to the transit link, taken the elevator to ground after crossing the pedestrian bridge and walked a block to the motel. This is the way I returned because it really seemed a waste of gas and a good use of calories to make the walk. The suite contained a living room area (no TV in this area, a sizeable kitchen and dining area with a sink, cabinets, table and chairs, mini fridge but no microwave. The queen bed was comfortable and the linens were bright white. There was ample moving around space so I didn't get the feeling of being boxed in. There were outside smoking areas for those of us who still do. I hopped on the Sound Transit the next morning and headed down to where else but Pike's place market. The walk to the transit is short compared to the walking one will do at the city shoreline market and park. There is a full complement of brochures in the lobby and some pretty helpful maps - don't miss the 3D map which will point out several areas of interest in downtown Seattle. You can also catch a ferry to Bainbridge Island in Puget Sound if you walk down to the State Ferry Terminal. There are senior discounts. The ride alone is worth it. Be sure to watch the unloading of wheeled vehicles from the bow when the ferry docks. It is especially fun if you are there at "rush hour" to see people heading home from work. I'll say no more but it was a fun experience just to watch and listen. Plus the great views of Seattle especially when we returned after dark. This motel was inexpensive, convenient, large, and in the renovation process - to some extent.

The good, the bad and the weird

It was not the best of experiences. Hotel very run down and dingy, looks poorly maintained despite being very full and busy as well as charging for people to park their cars while away on flights. That's the bad. Noise, despite closeness to airport, was actually very minimal so that was the good. The really weird was the menagerie of creepy people in and out and all around at all hours and the upstairs neighbor who appeared to be running a marathon back and forth in room half the night. It was definitely and experience to remember I'll say that.

Money-saving tip: Short walk from hotel

It was conveniently located just a short walk from the Link Light Rail which is a super, and inexpensive, way to travel from right by airport to downtown Seattle like Pioneer Square. It made it easy for me and family to enjoy Pike's Place and the Wharf during the day while staying in Seattle prior to our very early next day flight.

Stay at Seatac Inn

Hotel was generally clean and staff was friendly. We used the airport shuttle and that was great. It's a little run-down but inexpensive so that was ok.
