Girl's Weekend In Seattle

This location was great. It was in walking distance of everything and was right in the middle of downtown. We arrived at SeaTac Airport and took the Light Link Train into town. Only $2.75 per person. We got off at the Westlake station, which was only 1 block away from the hotel. You don't need a car if you stay here. Everything was within a 5-10 minute walk.

Taking the Light Link Train is a cheap and easy way to get to different areas of Seattle. It's also only a 15 minute wait between trains.

Average service and over priced parking

I was attending a seminar and staying a few extra days to sight see in Seattle. I felt the rooms should of had a refreg. and microwave or at least, be a option. I travel often for business and family, this trip was average.

Don't rent a car, it's cheaper to use a taxi, bus or light rail in Seattle.By the time you pay for the car rental and the parking, you have overspent! If your staying in Seattle .

great price and locale

I went to Seattle to present at a conference that was being held inside the Sheraton. The Roosevelt feels like it's centered right in the heart of downtown and one block from my destination. The room was clean and comfy, and the staff were on point always helpful and informative. Only negative is no free wifi in the rooms

Very good hotel

The hotel was very nice. The staff was courteous and professional. The bed was incredibly comfortable. My only gripe would be the price. I understand it is downtown, but there are many other hotels downtown as well. If they could lower their prices even just a little, it would make it a 5-star hotel in my book.

Great location in downtown Seattle

An older hotel, the Roosevelt has a nice atmosphere. Room was large enough for a couple. Furniture basic stuff with good sized flat screen TV. Bathroom had a sink with no counter...a minor inconvienence. Price much better than the modern, large hotels surrounding the area whose rooms are not that much better.

Great Location and a great hotel

Definitely a business hotel, which meant for us honeymooning tourists that there were no noisy children around!! Quiet, relaxing, clean and comfy. Couldn't ask for a better location, within walking distance to almost everything and less than 2 blocks from the train! Great service just topped off our great stay!

Money-saving tip: Short walk from hotel

If you are doing all the tourist attractions get the City Pass tickets from any attraction which includes all the tickets for all the most common attractions for a fraction of the price!!! We had lots of money left over to spend on trinkets and in Pike Place Market
