very friendly service, great view
central location, walking distance to great food and shopping, close to freeway. The only negative was the parking garage......it only accommodated vehicles under 6'2". which meant we had to pay the extra to have valet parking. would have been nice to know ahead of time we would have brought another vehicle

Hotel was great, parking price sucked!
The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable, the view from our 16th floor was great. We had dinner on the 28th floor, relaxed atmosphere, excellent food and service. I give it two thumbs up. I think the cost of parking while a guest is abhorent. Thirty dollars plus six dollars sixty cents tax is totally out of line for someone staying at the facility and eating in their restaurant.

Wonderful hotel and staff!!!!
Actually my stay at the hotel was for only 1 night after an out patient surgery near Swedish Medical Center. They were so helpful and kind. They rounded up a wheel chair and the rooms were spacious and exceptionally clean. I will stay there again and will recommend it to friends and family.

Pretty nice place
There's no extra charge for early check in so we able to check in at 9am, which was great. The hotel is very close to the highway so we got a room on the west side of the building. The beds are on the stiff side, but I loved the comfy pillows. It's a bit of a downhill walk to Pike's and all the other full stuff so we avoided walking back up Madison and walked up 6th insead. Overall, pretty nice play to stay.

Not Applicable
We had a hard time finding a place open for breakfast at 10am. Might want to plan it out first before walking endless blocks looking for an open breakfast spot.

COOL!
Pretty good hotel. Real nice inside, [...], great customer service. Only thing I can complain about is the parking... $36 for valet + taxes per night. Came out to a little more than $130 for three nights. OUCH!!!!

Renaissance - definitely value for money
We were down in Seattle for the weekend - my 4oth and to go and see and concert at The Moore Theatre. The hotel was great, great value for money - the pool and tub on the 28th floor. Modern, clean room. Fantastic bed, great pillows! HBO! We had an awesome weekend. Super quick check in and we opted for the free parking in our deal. I would go again.
