The Red Lion Seattle Airport hotel welcomes travelers arriving from Seattle-Tacoma International Airport and offers them a comfortable, restful stay. Very large rooms
This was a very short drive over the mountain from Spokane, spend the night and go to a wedding and back home........

Red Lion Hotel Seattle Airport
This is an older Red Lion but nice. The staff was courteous and helpful. I had to change rooms because the first assigned room was next to the elevator/lobby area (2nd floor) and was too busy as far as people coming and going. The second room was much quieter. The hotel is directly accross from the airport entrance so that was REALLY convenient for a 4 AM arrival. The room heat was too hot (winter time) so we opened the window and that gave nice fresh air.

Great experience
Since I am not a morning person, I went to the hotel the night before so I did not have to get up so early and drive to the airport for a 6;00 flight. The shuttle service to the airport was great and the staff was very helpful..The hotel was very clean...

OUR STAY @ RED LION SEA-TAC AIRPORT
I have to admit the $10 Parking fee struck a nerve with me because I have never paid to stay at a hotel and then be charged to park in their parking lot in order to stay at their hotel. But it was just a minor bump in the road in comparison to the great nights stay! Great customer service, great, and not to mention clean, room! And most convenient of all, a hop and a skip from the airport. Which came in handy when it comes to an early flight out and a rental car return at a hectic and busy airport. Most definitely will choose this hotel a second time around!

Light rail to the city for 2.50 each way! Stay here, take hotel shuttle to airport (7 minutes) then light rail to city (35 minutes). Taxis are flat rate of $32 each way..save $59! The light rail is clean and quick!

exceeded my expectations
I have avoided Red Lion in the past thiking it was a cheap hotel. [...] I was very surprised. The facility was very nice, the rooms were very nice and spacious and the ajoining restaurant was quite good. Little things like dark shades that completely block light and narrow gaps under the doors that keep sound and light out are appreciated by a picky traveler and light sleeper like me. The bath amenities were bath and body works if I remember correcly and were quite nice as well. I will definately stay at a Red Lion again.
