Quality Inn Sea-Tac Airport

Close to airport with transport provided, but badly in need of updating.

If you are looking for a clean, friendly place to stay close to the airport, Quality Inn SeaTac fits the bill.

I had to extend my stay after booking for just 2 nights originally and was quite happy to do so. there is a free shuttle service to and from the airport as well as the light rail station so it's possible to get wherever you need to be. The staff are very friendly and make everyone feel extremely welcome. The rooms are clean and everything one would need is provided eg hairdryer,iron,ironing board,TV,fridge and microwave. The breakfast choices are superb and there is something for everyone. I would definitely stay here again.

the hotel was dirty and had a strong chemical smell. as an overnight stay for the airport it is o.k. but i would not recommend it for anything else. also, if you have a heavy bag or trouble with stairs request a 2nd or 3rd floor room as there is no elevator and the 1st floor is actually the basement.

The staff was very genial. The room telephone did not operate. The replacement phone provided for us also did not operate. The shower rod was falling off the wall, which meant the bathroom was flooded by the shower. The breakfast was very good.

I spent one night while waiting for an early flight out. The hotel was just what I needed, much better than the last hotel I stayed at

The only things this place has going for it are a great staff and location. Knowing this is far from a high-end hotel, I wasn't expecting much, but I was expecting a bit more than what I got. The bathroom ceiling had what I am fairly certain is mold on a good portion of it, and the whole room was quite dirty. I don't think my socks will ever be white again after walking around on that carpet. They seem to have a serious love of pine scented cleaning products there, to the point where the smell is overwhelming and kind of sickening; and yet somehow the whole place still manages to be dirty. I used to think that some motels got carried away with the bleach, but I was wishing for some when I stayed here! The entire motel is in need of a serious top to bottom cleaning, including all of the sheets and towels (all of our towels had black stains all over them, and the bedspread had some mystery dried up something or other stuck to it--yuck!!!).Before the Quality Inn corporation (or Choice Hotels, or whatever it is) pays [...] to make any more commercials about how great they are, they should take that money and use it for refreshing their motels (get rid of the mold, steam clean the carpets, buy all new linens, etc.) so that they'll actually be as nice as they claim to be. They should start with the SeaTac Quality Inn!

This is a good hotel to stay in if you need a night before flying in or out of Seattle. It's only minutes away from the airport and have a free shuttle. The rooms are not too bad.

Room was clean, close to airport & good price. The shower water temp was a little hard to regulate but since it tended more toward the hotter side than the colder it wasn't too bad. Good room if on a budget but don't want to slum.

You definately get what you pay for - cheap accomodation in the airport vicinity. Rooms are small, but OK., the facility is in a kind of asphalt valley inbetween the highway and the neighbourhood. You can clearly hear the starting jets, which is fine given the location at the airport, and the action does not start untill 6 o'clock. The receptionists are rather uninterested. Breakfast is modest and the breakfast room - tiny. Strange smell in the floors where you frequently see empty pizza boxes of a brand they are advertising for. Would not stay there again.
