The Paramount Hotel, a member of the Coast Hotel chain, is located in the center of downtown Seattle. The boutique hotel, which has 146 rooms, is walking distance from Pike Place Market, Space Needle and the Seattle Art Museum, and only a block from the Washington Convention and Trade Center. Shoppers can stroll to either Westlake Center or Pacific Place malls. All rooms are smoke-free, and all include amenities such as separate work areas and flat-screen TVs with Nintendo. Great Location in the heart of Seattle
We stayed at the Paramount for business. The convention center is a block away and the entire city is very accessible. Nice hotel with a good Asian restaurant.

Great Location in Downtown Seattle
This was our first visit to the city and we couldn't have asked for a better location. All of the major attractions were within walking distance, and just a short bus trip to visit the college campus. The concierge was very knowledgeable. Free Wi-Fi was a nice added bonus! We would definitely recommend stopping for a meal at Dragonfish too!

Seattle getaway
A very nice, clean property in a great location. Does not have exercise facilities, but we toured Seattle by foot and walked 4 to 5 miles a day, so none was needed! The staff was very friendly, the property was very clean and our room was spotless. Beds were comfy, and they had multiple spare pillows and a spare blanket so we could dump the too hot duvet. One block from Pacific Center, a nice mall with excellent parking if needed (we used it for three nights - $11 for overnight). Also close to all downtown shopping and dozens of restaurants. Pike Place Market was just 6 blocks away, and has everything you need and lots of stuff you don't! If you want a clean, safe, quiet place to sleep why you explore Seattle, this is the property for you!

Pikes Place Market - 100's of vendors, great samples of fruit, vegs, etc and many, many places to eat! croissants, piroshkys, crumpets, bagels, fish, chinese, etc,etc, it's all there.

Great Value
For the price range, I thought the location was great, the staff very helpful and the room comfortable. I only had to spend one night, so proximity to the HW and to downtown was appreciated.

Great location. Very clean and convenient
I was happy with the Paramount Hotel. I came into town for a wedding and so stayed here two nights. The staff was helpful, the room was clean, and the attached Dragonfish restaurant is open all the time and has a good happy hour.

Great Value
This property is surrounded by more expensive 4-star hotel chains, so the location is ideal. The bathroom, mirror and shower set-up is one of the best I have ever seen. The staff is top notch. I highly recommend.

sleepless in seattle...
...BUT, not the hotel's fault...that is just me. The Paramount was lovely. I checked in after a long day of travel and the front desk gal, as well as the concierge, couldn't have been more helpful. The bed was delightfully comfortable; the bathroom was well equipped and the room was quite clean. Location of the hotel is fabulous. I took the LInk via airport then quick walk up 3 blocks...EASY and cheap (2.50). I ran early every morning, no matter which way you go, you can drop down to the pier and run Alaskan along the water. You can run the city, but hit the lights wrong, and ugh!

Two musts if you love wine, live music & good food...Purple Wine Bar is fabulous for wine and wonderful staff (had great convos with servers). The Triple Door is fab as well for late live music and food from Wild Ginger (staff is super friendly and fun).

In the middle of it all!
The location of this hotel can not be any better! We were able to walk everywhere in downtown with ease. We really were in the middle of it all!

First impression of Seattle!
This hotel gave us a good impression of Seattle. The hotel staff was pleasant and we really enjoyed our stay. Rooms were very comfortable and relaxing. Only setback is the fitness center.

Good Place to Stay
Hotel was right in the middle of everything! Downside is that there is no microwave to warm up leftovers. No pool / spa. Only 30 tv channels.
