The boutique hotel, which has 146 rooms, is walking distance from Pike Place Market, Space Needle and the Seattle Art Museum, and only a block from the Washington Convention and Trade Center. Shoppers can stroll to either Westlake Center or Pacific Place malls. All rooms are smoke-free, and all include amenities such as separate work areas and flat-screen TVs with Nintendo. Guests also enjoy Seattle Pan-Asian cuisine at the in-house restaurant.

Great Seattle Hotel

The Paramount was a wonderful place to stay. The location couldn't have been better. It was only a few blocks from the light rail from the airport and close to many downtown sites such as Pike's Place and the monorail. The room was really nice with contemporary decor. The king bed was super comfortable and our room was very quiet. We'd recommend the Paramount to family and friends and would definitely stay here again. If you stay at the Paramount, be sure to get coffee at Cafe Ladro (diagonally across the steet). Best coffee ever.

But parking.....

My experience to Seattle was amazing! I loved the city. Most I would recommend a trip to the market and to San Juan Island to watch the whales! People too are so polite and friendly and the beauty of Washington is profoundly breath taken. My hotel was beautiful but the parking policy stunk. $30.00 per day regardless of what time you got there is not a good business practice but I suppose that the bad parking deal could not deter my spouse and I for having a good time and memories for life! While is San Juan Islands I found Captain Curtis ship "soul mate" the best way to see whales: small and personalized tour!

Seattle for the 4th

The Paramount Hotel was close to Pikes Place Market and the Space Needle. Also it is close to the Street Car Light Rail connecting to Lake Union. The room was clean and comfortable. The front desk service was nice.

Vacation Adventure to the Northwest

We enjoyed the Paramount very much. We traveled to Seattle for a baseball adventure as our hometown Atlanta Braves played the Seattle Mariners. We rested and were treated with wonderful hospitality. It was a trip we will remember for our lifetime. Our only concern was a slow drain in the shower in our room and a maid service that forgot bath towels and water on two different days.

Money-saving tip: Short walk from hotel

Ride the Light Link rail from the airport to the Westlake station and then walk only three blocks to the Paramount. It only costs $2.75 per person. Compared to the Airport Downtowner at $15 per person or a tax(even more) this was a steal.

comfortable and convenient

The Paramount was in a good location only 2-3 blocks from WestLake Station where the lightrail from the airport ends. We walked everywhere, the pier, Pikes Place Market, and the baseball stadium. Since it was a night game, we came back by lightrail. Took the monorail to the Space Needle. The bed was comfortable, slept well. The staff was friendly and helpful. Ate at the Dragonfish restaurant at Happy Hour twice, very tasty, but don't get there late since seating is limited for happy hour. Took the Victoria Clipper to visit Victoria for two nights. Only problem was a dresser drawer that kept sliding open, but not worth the bother to ask for a different room by the time we realized the problem.

Wonderful Stay!

Everyone was so friendly starting with the Valet Attendant. Front Desk Attendant assigned us a very nice corner room without me even having to ask. Rooms were very clean and the beds were incredibly comfortable. Maybe a little too much as it was hard to get out of bed in the morning. The only complaint was that the internet was down one day and there didn't seem to be any rush to get it working again. Other than that, will definitely stay here again when I am in Seattle.
