so so

It's an ok hotel...old and creepy looking rooms. Definitely not for family. But okay for friends I guess. Location is good. But not worth the price.

Seattle Sights

The Queen Anne is a very old hotel but it has modern kitchnette appliances to make it livable. The tub is sized for 5 feet and smaller people expect to use only the shower. The charm is in the location and the quaint look of the hotel. You will have no problem with public transit or finding quiet if you want that. Great restaurants and a grocery store in walking distance.

Meets my expectation

This is a two-star hotel and I got what I expected. No real perks other than it was across from the Seattle Center. It's hard to see where exactly the hotel is; I drove past it twice. Mostly street parking and that is challenging and risky.

cranky staff

when i arrived, i was helped promptly by Sarah but shes lacking in friendliness for a tired traveler. at checkout, a lady named Alexandra was very cranky, rude, and lacked sensitivity. in addition, this inn, is also a part of another hotel. i saw both employees at these locations, and again, they were not very nice! the inn at queen anne needs upgrades on their tv's! they are at least 20 years old, and the mattresses need to be changed, they were very uncomfortable. the location though was perfect!

Sightseeing tip: Short drive from hotel

take a taxi to pikes place! its only a few mins from the hotel, and lots of restaurants and fresh seafood! the space needle is walking distance from the hotel. parking is non-existent, and the area is bit crowed. shopping is a plus with the original Nordstrom Rack downtown.

Ring cycle opera stay

Great location. The hotel needs major remodeling. The bathroom was old. The hallways are smelly and have dirty carpets. The staff was mostly helpful and friendly except for the night clerk on the last night when a number of guests were trying to check out early around midnight.

Quiant but ain't goin' back

Great old hotel but needs some basic upgrades like an electrical outlet in the bathroom! Parking is pretty ugly too. Be prepared to park on the street and feed the meters or park in "thier" lot a block away.

Rather noisy

Staid for 3 nights, fortunately with jet lag, so that we could sleep despite the noise from the road. Bed sheets not very clean, bathroom clean but needs renovation. Nice: one can borrow hairdryers at the reception. All in all, the hotel should either be cheaper or offer better rooms.

Reasonable price, inadequate lodging

The nice thing about this hotel is that all the rooms come with kitchens. The patio area is very pretty, and the location, close to Seattle attractions is good. However, the place is old, and we had problems with the plumbing and noise.

No frills at Inn at Queen Anne

The location for this Inn is pretty good, its right by the Seattle Center and you can take the monorail into the downtown area anytime. But the hotel itself is a bit of a letdown. Next time I'd pay the $40 extra and stay at the Hampton Inn. The rooms are rundown, the hallways are like sauna's and its kinda noisy on the weekends. The complimentary breakfast is in a tiny alcove by the front desk and its awkward bumping up against 10 other people in a 4 foot area trying to get either an english muffin or a tiny danish and some watered down juice.

Money-saving tip: Not Applicable

The Seattle Art Museum is donation only, with a suggested price of $15 entry. We paid $5 for each. They've got a pretty diverse collection there.
