Easter Weekend in Seattle
Wonderful time. The hotel was in a wonderful location to all shoping, resturants and events. Very friendly staff. We walked about 6 blocks to the Public Market which was nothing. Seattle is a great city to walk and much to offer. Although we did not hunt Easter eggs on Easter we had a great time dodging the rain exploring. One of my favorite cities.

Most beautiful hotel in Seattle
Beautiful hotel, great location. Check in staff was extremely helpful, friendly and explained in detail how to use the "green" light switch.

Hyatt Olive 8
We have stayed at hotels much more expensive and at other Hyatts, but this one is the best...novel room decor, all high quality furnishings, and brand new hotel from the ground up. Hotel is the bottom 17 floors and condos from 18-32. I'm sure better views from the condos, but, from room 1755, we can't complain. The location allowed us to walk everywhere...to good restaurants, Pike's Place fish market, space needle monorail, etc. I don't know how long the promotions will last, but we would recommend taking advantage of them. Only complaint, but not really, was the difficulty accessing internet...and the $10 / day charge. Fantastic workout area.

Wonderful all the way around!
Immediate helpful staff upon arriving and throughout. The entrance was beautiful and clean. Our room was in spectacular condition. Very neat and orderly. We look forward to staying here again!

Wonderful hotel...friendly and green!
Wonderfully friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful architecture. Rooms are restful and clean. Great location for exploring downtown Seattle. Best of all a commitment to the environment from the architecture to the food.....

Oceanaire just around the corner. Concierge recommended and will make a reservation. Wonderful meal highlighting seafood from around the world. We celebrated a birthday there, it was perfect!

Great place to stay downtown!
We stayed there while attending Mariner games. Although it is a hard trek home from the game (drive yourself or take a taxi) one can walk the downhill slope to the game. It is very close to shopping and restaurants. I will stay again!

Real nice hotel
Real nice place, fair price for downtown on a Mariners weekend. Would have been nice to have bagels available at breakfast cafe.

We spent the weekend in Seattle with our friends and their two 9-yr old children. It was a fun weekend and the pool and the amenities in the hotel rounded it out giving us some things to do with the kids and some things for the adults.

Other neighborhoods are a short walk away... OK we like to walk.. so short means 10-20 minutes. But you can get up to Capitol Hill, down to Pike Place, over to Pioneer Square and the stadia as well as all the way to Lake Union from this super cool location. It's like a whole new section of the city has opened up.

Hyatt at Olive 8
I stayed at the Hyatt for two nights, and it was fantastic. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect for getting around the city. If I am back in Seattle I will definitely return to this hotel.
