Fantastic service at Olive 8
Service was really fantastic. Concierges were there every time we came in and every time we left to help us find a restaurant, make reservations, letting us know where to find good hotspots, etc. Our location was smack in downtown Seattle, perfect for us since we didn't want to drive too much. Our room was really great too. Clean and modern looking. All of the channels were HD. Really nice. The only small thing for us was that neighbors were a little bit noisy and I think that's probably due to a building structure of the walls. Otherwise, probably the best hotel experience we've had in a very long time.

Dining tip:
Short walk from hotel
Place Pigalle- very expensive but well worth it. Their soup was off the charts. Lola- Just order the sides and go tapas style. Really good. Dahlia Lounge - their cocounut creme puff was the best dessert we had in Seattle. Pirosky Pirosky - get their Moscow Roll. Awesome. Beecher's Cheese- the mac and cheese was good stuff.

Hip Seattle Hotel Experience
The Hyatt Olive 8 in Seattle is right in the heart of downtown and within walking distance to lots of shopping and dining. The hotel was gorgeous, very modern, and the staff was very helpful and professional. The room was a little small but we didn't spend much time there so it met our needs.

A Great, Green Stay
Everyone on staff was very friendly and gracious. They have by far the best pool and fitness center I've used in Seattle. I loved that attention to limiting their impact on the environment is part of every detail and yet nothing frees granola-crunchy. I will definitely return. A great hotel stay!

The restaurant had great food. I particularly liked the scallops, which were perfectly seared and juicy and accompanied by a risotto that wowed me.

Perfect! We loved the Hyatt Olive 8!
I have stayed in multiple hotels in downtown Seattle. The Hyatt Olive 8 is now officially my favorite. The venue is vogue. The service is impeccable. The environment is both classy and elegant. You cannot beat the experience for the value. You will not be dissappointed.

The Best Downtown Seattle Has To Offer
We just needed to get away and enjoy city life. Once we were at the hotel the staff made it difficult to want to leave. We found ourselves having breakfast lunch and dinner and evening fun without stepping a foot outside

Satisfied in Seattle
This was a return visit to Seattle for me as I've been down a number of times over the last few months. This was my first stay at this particular hotel and I have to say it exceded my expectations by far. I was travelling with two other friends and we all agreed, everything was top notch from the fitness centre and pool to the restaurant and most importantly, the rooms. It was a bonus for me to learn that the building earned them a LEED Silver certification. Way to go Hyatt.
