Great hotel, clean, great location, nice staff, but somehow they didn't make the wake-up call I requested. Luckily it didn't cause any problems.

Modern decor yet simple and nice
The location was excellent. My friends and I took the bus from the airport and the bus stop was located one block away from the hotel. Check in was quick. The staff was really friendly. The room was great. The only thing that was weird to me was the housekeeping staff knocked on the door every morning, asking me when I am leaving the room. I guess she wanted to clean, but still, I thought that was kind of rude and weird. But overall, excellent location, can't beat it. mins away from monorail, shopping, eating, pike's market.

Satisfied in Seattle
This was a return visit to Seattle for me as I've been down a number of times over the last few months. This was my first stay at this particular hotel and I have to say it exceded my expectations by far. I was travelling with two other friends and we all agreed, everything was top notch from the fitness centre and pool to the restaurant and most importantly, the rooms. It was a bonus for me to learn that the building earned them a LEED Silver certification. Way to go Hyatt.

Enjoyed all of the walking we did. Having the motarail close was ideal since it took us to the space needles and the attractions around it.

Great Location and Great Service
The location of the hotel was right in the middle of downtown and walking distance to Pike Place, Seattle center, Pioneer Square, and the ferries. The hotel itself was very clean and the service was superb. Everyone was really nice and helpful and answered any questions we had. The spa was great and we definitely took advantage of the pool and hot tub. It was a great hotel to stay in for our first time in Seattle.
