Experience
It was superb. Everyone was very sweet and greeted you with a smile. I would definitely recommend this hotel. One suggestion is to figure out the shuttle system a little bit more. We waited for 2 hours to be picked up. However the driving was stuck in traffic from an accident so its understandable.

Friendly staff, except for a lady who tried to act tough and impose a few rules, but relented when she was reminded that I had been promised a few things by the other staff. Too far from Downtown where all the attractions are, but hotel shuttle is available. Airport transfer sadly lacking, this would be one of the desirable things that would complete the package.

Not worth the price.
Our room was clean and in a great location. We got the honeymoon suite and it was on the first floor. No view. There was an outside pool, which was no use to us in March. I was expecting a lot more for the money.

Convenient location in North Seattle
The room is clean and the bed comfortable. Perhaps the bedding was too warm, and the only option instead of the comforter was a single sheet. The guest controlled heater would work, but we could not turn the room heat down, as the air conditioner did not seem to function, and the windows do not open. We were only about 1/2 mile from the fire station, so several times a night we had to deal with sirens. Our room was facing the main street, and every door is an exterior entrance. I wish we had gotten a room on the North side of the building.. The breakfast was average. One day there were scrambled eggs and bacon. The second day was biscuits and gravy. A waffle maker was there, complete with strawberry compote, but no whipped cream. They served both sugared and non-sugar syrup.

Great hotel, but...
We loved the room we stayed in, the king size bed was soft and comfortable. The room is nicely decorated and the TV is pretty huge. My only problem with the room that we got is that there were brownish stain/residues on the bottom of the bath tub. It came off with a quick rinse but still, it was disgusting. Otherwise I enjoyed my stay at here, and might visit again next time and try out their room with the bubble bath.

Nice stay
I chose the hotel because of the shuttle and it did not disappoint. The drivers were very friendly and helpful. I saw an instance when a passenger was having trouble using facebook on her iphone and Shawn (sp?) the driver, said to check with Katie (sp?) at the front desk since she had an iphone. If someone were to ask me "Would you stay there again?", I would say "Yes".

Not staying again
I spent hours searching for the best hotel to stay at; this was a very bad choice. The website makes this hotel seen amazing; its anything but amazing. The pool was full of leaves and the spa had a black mold like film along the edge. In the hotel room, I could hear the water running loud from some unknown location. In the morning it sounded like people in the floor above were about to fall on us. The beds were uncomfortable. The hot water in the showers are not regulated so my fiance was burned when he tried to turn off the shower. There were spider webs through out the hotel. Also, no one came after room service was called. We waited 2 hours then went down stairs to the front desk to get service. The staff didnt seem to know how I booked my trip. I wish I stayed at another hotel because the price of the room was outrageous compared to the quality I should have recieved for what I paid. I was so dissappointed; I wont ever stay there again. Ive had a horrible experience with booking and the actual hotel.

What a delightful stay!
The staff were friendly and accommodating—even the maintenance/housekeeping staff. The room was spacious and clean and comfortable beds! Close to anything you could need and the amenities were wonderful—fitness, pool, hot tub, lobby. Delicious breakfast was provided every morning as well. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again or recommend to family/friends!

The hotel was okay. We couldn't access the wireless network, so the hotel offered us a network cable. Only problem- it was way too short. Had to sit on the ground to use the laptop. And the internet was way too slow. Buffet was decent, and rooms were clean. Quiet enough.
