They put the You in U district

Close to lots of nice places to eat in the U district. About 20 mins by bus 49 to Capitol Hill. Clean rooms. Big, comfortable bed. A satisfactory but forgettable shower. Helpful staff.

Hotel Deca

Hotel was pretty clean and modern. Bathroom waas really nice. Hotel was located next to the University area, had lots to see and do. Lots of places to eat just a block over. Heater only worked forabout 10 minutes then the room was freezing. Had maintenance look at it. He changed it so only the heat would come on. The door lock had problems. Had to slam the door to close it when leaving the room. One night I thought I had closed the door, put the chain on the door, and started watching tv. Heard someone push the door open. Tried to chase then down but couldn't. Called the front desk to report incident, they only suggested I keep the chain on the door.

Customer Service was Wonderful!

Customer Service was great! The staff were very friendly and helpful. The worst part of the stay was the Bathroom. There is absolutly no counterspace and while having a shower the bathtub did not drain water fast enough, so that by the time the shower was done the water in the tub was ankle deep.

Great place to stay in the U District

Amazing staff. Great location if you wish to stay in the U District. They offer a free shuttle service to places near the hotel, including if you want to get downtown. We took advantage of this great service. It kept us out of the rain, and saved us a ton of money. (they don't pick up from the airport though). My only disappointment with the hotel was that the water pressure wasn't great, and the water temp in the shower was consistent.

Nice hotel, nice price

Very nice hotel on the inside, the outside is pretty deceiving. The outside of the hotel looks like a tenement though.Very good customer service:the staff was obliging, helpful and cheerful. The room was spotless, the beds had nice linens.
