Totally Disappointed.
Checking ahead of time, they said just call and a courtesy car will pick you up at the Amtrak Station. I called, they did not have driver and had no idea they were suppose to pick us up. I became very ill and needed to go to the hospital. They said they would get me a courtesy car. When I arrived at the hospital via courtesy car they charged me $11.50. It was cheaper to take a taxi back to the hotel. [...].The room was located in an extremely noisy place next to the elevator and a well traveled hall way.The so called Courtesy Car to the airport was a $35.00 charge.

Not great
We stayed at this hotel for one night before boarding a cruise ship to Alaska. Good location, but not good customer service. Room view was a brick wall; couldn't find a luggage dolly; room amenities were lacking - had to ask hotel staff for an ice bucket (who weren't terribly interesting in helping), but it had a fridge and microwave; parking was just plain scary!

Worst bed ever!
I stay in Seattle 1-3 times a week on business. [...]. Since the my normal hotel was full, I looked at the Holiday Inn because it was close by. I was given a handicap room! Bed was 1.5 feet of the floor and my back is still hurting. I ask the guy at the front desk for a different room and he said there were no other rooms. 20 minutes later I had my girlfriend call and they had rooms. Never will I ever stay there again.

Good stay
Jamie Brotage at the front desk the last night of our stay was very, very helpful. When we went to print our boarding passes, the airlines site was down. She kept checking the site for us throughout the night and printed our boarding passes. They were under the door in the AM. She really went out of her way to be helpful. We really appreciated it. We wound up in a children's suite, which was great because it gave my husband and I room to spread out with extraneous luggage, etc.It was 2 rooms with a king bed and bunk beds in the 2nd room. We had requested 2 queen's. We thought that we were going to be disappointed, but we had a lot of luggage as we had just come off of a boat trip. It worked out fine.

SKIP THIS ONE...
We booked a 2-room suite for 3 adults to be able to spread out more for a week. There was no suites available with two beds. It was one king bed with a pullout sofa (as described), the pullout was NOT very suitable for adults. AND the 2 rooms were each smaller than an average room, it was actually a room and a half. The lady at the front desk said she would be happy to give us a regular room with two beds for the same price :( . There are two other Hotels closer to the Monorail/Space Needle than this Hotel.

Great Location for the price
I went to Seattle to go to a Mariners game and wanted to see the Space Needle. The location of this hotel is great as the Space Needle is a 5 minute walk away. If you want to go to Safeco or Qwest Field for a sporting event, its about a $10 cab ride from the hotel. The service was great and the front desk made the whole experience seem like it was a more expensive hotel than it was. This was one of the better hotels I've stayed at in all of the vacations that I've taken.
