Holiday Inn SEATTLE

This hotel had everything that I expected. Friendly staff and good amenities made my trip enjoyable.

Good walking distance to gym, Pike's Market, Space Needle, and much more!

This hotel was in a good location, but lacked a few of the easiest comforts. They are remodeling and the rooms looked trendy and stylish. I liked the shampoo, conditioner and soap they had in Coconut Lime Verbena scents. The pillow selection was good. There was an LG LCD tv in the room with HDMI hookups. But their 'free' wireless internet was terrible. I had to go through a new setup every single time I opened my computer, about 5 extra minutes each time. It was faulty and flakey and unreliable. I was here on a business trip and for pleasure, but neither were accommodated. They had a decent exercise room. But they had no pool or hot tub. They didn't make this known when I made my reservations. The biggest thing was the lack of a simple continental breakfast. Coffee and bagels would have made all the difference and they seemed perplexed that I was surprised at this simple task. They referred me to their terrible Emerald Grill restaurant, wherein they wanted me to spend more money. If they would have had a continental breakfast I could have overlooked other things.

Location could not been better for getting everywhere. Secure parking was very nice for a female traveling alone. One would not have known the Hotel was under construction if you did not see it. Very clean and cozy.

The hotel lobby was being renovated during our stay but should look lovely when done. Rooms were very pleasant. Really impressed with helpful, friendly staff. Location is good - easy access to lots, especially Seattle Center. Some fine restaurants close by. Best parking deal around.

this hotel is very comfortable,and location is convenient to go downtown,and services is very,I enjoy to stay your hotel so much.next tiem if I come here again,would choice your hotel again.

We stayed just for a couple of days while waiting for our cruise to Alaska to begin. The hotel staff was great, the room was clean and comfortable and is located about ten blocks north of downtown Seattle. Also is located 5 blocks west of the Space Needle. All within walking distance. There are also convenient buses and cabs to go anywhere in Seattle. It's a $10 cab ride to the port. About $6 ride to Pikes Market. Perfect stay even if we weren't going on a cruise.

Location wasn't so great, may be close to downtown but I disliked the area.... Also I was charged $10 a night to park in a very tiny parking garage, I drive a small Honda and barely fit in the parking space, would deff recommend another hotel

The location was what we needed. The parking was $10 a day and our ford expidition was tight in the garage. Spaces are almost all compact and the hight of 6-8" is low check your vehicle be for you go! My Ford Pickup would never fit.

Yes there was something missing a pool. Other then that the stay was very enjoyable. The hotel was very comfortable. My mom and i were there to celibrate my sons graduation from universirty.
