Convenient to Sea tac airport
Nice place, good staff. Not very convenient to eating establishments. Pizza delivery was good and reasonable. Altogether okay.

nickel and dime
booked online and didn't read through it well enough i suppose. parking is not included in the stay. the rooms were a bit run down. the pool had no towels and even after calling and waiting 30 minutes there were still no towels. the breakfast buffet ran out of plates and people were waiting to get a plate. there were red hairs in the bedding and none of us are read heads. the room was comfortable and quiet and the large pool was very nice but over all we were not very happy with the quality versus price. it is unlikely we will stay there again.

staff problems
I had to wait several minutes before I was checked in; there was only one person on the desk. I went to the restaurant and asked someone if I could just have a cup of soup and they could not understand what I was saying. After a considerable delay, someone brought out a very small container of soup that I took to my room. It was very salty. On checking out, although the woman knew I was there I had to ring the bell to get her to approach me. I have been to this hotel many times and never before have had this problem with so many staff people.

Wonderful night stay
Very accomodating staff, everyone from the front desk to the maid service to the roomservice was a delight to speak to. the beds were so comfy I had not slept this well in months. I really did not want to leave. I will definately be back... soon. Thank you for all you do to make me comfortable. Oh and that Rib stak was AWESOME!
