Wonderful night stay
Very accomodating staff, everyone from the front desk to the maid service to the roomservice was a delight to speak to. the beds were so comfy I had not slept this well in months. I really did not want to leave. I will definately be back... soon. Thank you for all you do to make me comfortable. Oh and that Rib stak was AWESOME!

well the staff was nice. but the room was way over priced, very small. I ask for a bigg king room and was told i was in the suit, lol that was no swuit. I will probably spend less next time down the road for a bigger more comfortable room. The room would cool down, very warm and could not have window open due to trucks banging stuff outside my window at 5 am. Probly never stay again

Not for Me
I arrived at the hotel ahead of schedule because of the earlier than expected flight arrival. The rooms were not ready. Although the hotel advertises check in time is 3pm, I think they need to re-think this for hotels in the west. Most of the travelers came from the east which means a 3 hour difference. 3pm hotel time in Seattle is 6pm for thos of us from the east. After waiting for 90 min, they started to open rooms. At the same time 2 plane loads of people ascended upon the hotel with vouchers in hand comps of the airlines because of late flights. Suddenly the lobby was full of people wanting rooms. The hotel should have taken those with reservations first and then provided for those with vouchers. The lines were long, the clerks behnind the desk slow. Finally, the hotel was under rennovation and you had to walk out of your way to get from the elevators to the exit due to new carpeting being layed. I will not stay in this hotel again.

close and nice
The check in was slow and the rest was great. Old building but rooms have been redone. Very nice would stay again shuttle leaves every 20 for the airport or you can even walk it is not that far.

Good service and comfortable room
Location is very convenient to the airport and shuttle driver was very courteous and helpful. Staff was considerate, and since it was new year's eve specifically booked me in a room where I would not be disturbed by revelers.
