Very clean, organized and polite people.
Overall satisfied. But did not like parking charges, they were only $10 per night but takes away the feelin of being at home. Customer service was excelent.

HIEx Seattle
The hotel was great. The staff was especially friendly and helpful. There was no shuttle service anywhere, except the car service that they contract with, which was $40 to the airport. They arranged everything, so it was cool. Seattle Center (including the monorail to downtown) was within walking distance. So was a gas station and Walgreens. It was worth the money.

Seattle, Holiday inn express
Awsome location. Convenient access to anything you need or want to do. Very friendly and accomodating staff. Parking is right there. The only thing I did not like was the breakfast offered. The eggs do not seem real and the meats were not very good.

amazing hotel, horrible parking
the hotel was really great. the free complimentary continental breakfast was fantastic, the staff was great, the room was awesome and clean, and the parking was absolutely atrocious. and not only was the parking the worst i've ever experienced, they freakin' CHARGED me for it! what!?!?!? that's just ridiculous, people.

Ivar's Salmon House that's situated right on lake union(?), i believe. it was AMAZING. it's a tad pricey, but SOOOO worth it. we aren't well-off and don't usually spend that kindof money on food, but it was amazing and worth every penny.

good location. Friendly staff. Slooooww internet which was terrible. They need to update their wireless hotspot locations and speed. Also had to pay $10 per night for parking which I cant remember doing at a HIEx hotel before. Also there are no restaurants within reasonable walking distance so had to order Delivery which took the standard 45 minutes.

Seattle Trip
The hotel was within walking distance of the Space Needle and Key Arena, which was a main factor when choosing it. However, there was alot of noise on the floor above us, that carried down.

Buy a City Pass to the attractions. It will save time and money if you are interested in sight seeing.

Great Service & Breakfast!
We had a very tight schedule that left us exhausted at the end of the night so we really appreciated the great shower head and quiet room. Thanks for the real breakfast food included in your breakfast bar, especially the biscuits!

Nice Hotel
Much nicer than the $250./night hotel on the water. Excellent continental breakfast. Nice clean big room. Nice pool.

Mini driver
staff was rude
hotel charges $10 for parking but there were no spaces available. Staff was rude and grudgingly refunded my money for the parking.
