A clean night's sleep
The hardest part of my drive to the hotel in the recent snow/ice storm in Seattle was the trip up the driveway of the hotel. They hadn't shoveled or salted, which was NOT a great way to start. The reception person was sloppily dressed, but all staff were super nice. The room was clean & comfortable and I was relieved to be there....and then I awoke @ 4:30am to find the power had gone out. Not the hotel's fault by any means, as many places lost power! But what concerned me is that I had set the clock/radio alarm and I have a feeling no one would have come around to see when folks had to get up! So if I hadn't happened to awaken, I would have missed my flight to D.C. Not so good....

Perfect overnight
Perfect for our flight over night. I have a physical problem, so dealing with luggage from the shuttle drop off location was difficult. That is not your falt.

Nice to place to stay
Great hotel: rooms were very comfortable and clean; staff was friendly and helpful. I was in town for a conference and would definitely stay here again for any other reason. And, if this is what all Holiday Inn Express hotels are like, I'll make it my hotel of choice wherever I go.

Check in was a breeze. This was our last stop before flying home after a ten day trip. The little sitting room was a bonus.......two TV's--his and hers. And the breakfast service started at 5 a.m.--plenty of time before we caught the shuttle to SeaTac.

Good airport hotel
Great convenience to the airport & complementary shuttle service to/from. It's quiet and clean and comfortable for being near the airport. Great amenities for the family, too, with the short airport, light rail connections & breakfast. Lots of room in the rooms, too (there were 2 6' adults and two kids under 10 - plenty of room to bounce between beds).

Great Location
The hotel is in a great location convenient to the airport. The building is in good physical condition, and well maintained. Rooms are clean and beds are clean and comfortable. Staff is friendly and efficient. Overall a great place to stay when flying into or out of Seattle.

Good Shuttle Service at Hotel

Comfortable & Convenient
We were just passing through, so did not spend a lot of time using hotel facilities, but the room was spacious & comfortable with a very convenient location. However, I do remember a bit more variety in the breakfast.
