Great spot close to the airport

i needed to catch an early morning flight, so decided to stay at the Hilton the night before. It was quite close and the shuttle ran frequently. The room was great; clean and comfortable. Loved that they had flight info on the TV.

Weekend of training.

I was at the Hilton for some training classes all weekend.Everyone was very helpful. My room was very comfortable however I wish they would set aside certain rooms or a floor for no animals allowed to stay in these rooms for those of us with allergies. I also wished they had an option of renting movies on my TV. Very nice that the light rail was right across the steet.

We have previously enjoyed staying

We have previously enjoyed staying at Hilton hotels but Hilton SeaTec was a disappointment. We booked over 2 months ago for 2 double rooms under one booking ID, one room was fine although rather dusty esp the bedside lamp , the 2nd room we were given was at another building which we turned down, then they offered us a disabled room of which the shower floor flooded after a shower, next day after a request we were given another double bed room. This should not have happened as we booked over 2 months ago, and we expected to be given 2 double bedrooms as per booking and closeby if not next door to each other.

fabulous weekend get away

We went there to see a NY Yankees V.S. Mariners game and reconnect. The beds were the most comfortable ever. Food at Spencer s restaurant in the Hilton was a 5 star meal meat cooked to perfection by infrared cooking process. also right next to light Rail station making it easy to access down town for cheap..... Had a great time

Mediocre for a Hilton property

Expected more for the hotel. Booked a garden view room (paid a premiun) but received one on the busy I-5 corridor-noisey. Front desk staff did not remedy the issue-poor English skills. Knew we would be charged parking, but we were made to take Valet parking to avoid a long walk thru a bad neighborhood if we had chosen self park. Of coarse, it was a hefty extra fee. Room was clean but poorly appointed-cracked tile at bathroom door. Hot tub was outside and accessable only by parading thru the lobby with our wet suits. Should be inside since Seattle is cold and rainy most of the year. Gift shop was closed early due to Memorial Day-needed some TUMS and the front desk could not provide. Memorial day is not a major holiday for a hotel. They were only open until 6-most guests don't arrive until then-so where is the customer service. The lounge was lovely but spendy. No where for families with children to dine except out in hallway. Overall, we felt trapped-airport is in a questionable neighborhood and traffic is horrible. Will not stay again-for luxury it fell short. But if you're a couple and only want to drink-go there.

Time-saving tip: Short drive from hotel

Close to the airport. Shuttle was early and efficient. But driver did not offer to put my carry-on bag in our out of the van. So it was easy to save a tip.
